Hola a todos los integrantes de esta estupenda comunidad que siempre nos trae temas de reflexión y autoayuda, hago entrada a esta quinta iniciativa programada por la amiga @charjaim donde contaremos de esa vez que tocamos fondo en algún momento de nuestra vida, de una manera u otra hemos llegado a ese punto tan horrendo que pensamos que el fin de camino, pero la vida nos demuestra que no es asi.

Hace ocho años me embargo la tristeza a mi y a mis hijos, cuando me toco a puerta el adulterio y por consiguiente el divorcio, fue una situación tan fea que no se la deseo a nadie ni a mi peor enemiga, cuando pensaba que estaba bien o estable con parea, cabe destacar que era mi segundo matrimonio, ya con dos hijos y e tercero de mi relación actual, analizando después la situación el punto fue que yo me enamore de este hombre, y la entrada de una tercera persona me cayo como agua fría, a parte que tenia mucho apego emocional hacia el, que la ruptura fue traumatica.

Pude experimentar la negacion, no aceptaba lo que me estaba sucediendo, cai en una depresion severa, que no queria ni comer, ni bañarme, ni pararme de la cama, mi hija mayor con apenas 14 años era la que cocinaba y me ayudaba con sus hermanos, baje 12 kilos de peso, a tercer mes de verme así acudí para ayuda sicologica con mis hijos, sentía una sensación de muerte, no quería vivir, fue un golpe muy duro, ya que sentí que fracasaba a nivel sentimental, me dije esto no es para mi, cuando creí que estaba estable con una relación de 9 años.

Luego de dos largos años, pude llegar a la aceptación, perdonar a ese hombre , me reintegre a mi trabajo, le doy gracias a Dios y a el, porque se fue porque soy una mujer fuerte, me independice en todos los sentidos, aun estoy soltera, el día que le de espacio a una persona en mi vida es porque yo quiero, no por soledad, me enamore de a soledad y la paz que gozo el día de hoy, he llevado la crianza de mis hijos muy bien, y el que se fue no hace falta, hace algunos meses le pude decir gracias porque te fuiste, he crecido y lo mas importante he madurado como mujer.

Eight years ago I was overwhelmed with sadness for me and my children, when adultery knocked on my door and consequently divorce, it was such an ugly situation that I do not wish it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy, when I thought I was well or stable with parea, it should be noted that it was my second marriage, Analyzing the situation later, the point was that I fell in love with this man, and the entrance of a third person fell on me like cold water, besides that I had a lot of emotional attachment to him, the breakup was traumatic.

I was able to experience denial, I did not accept what was happening to me, I fell into a severe depression, I did not want to eat, or take a bath, or get out of bed, my oldest daughter with only 14 years old was the one who cooked and helped me with her brothers, I lost 12 kilos of weight, I felt a sensation of death, I did not want to live, it was a very hard blow, since I felt that I was failing at a sentimental level, I told myself that this is not for me, when I thought I was stable with a relationship of 9 years.

After two long years, I was able to reach acceptance, forgive that man, I returned to my job, I thank God and him, because he left because I am a strong woman, I became independent in every way, I am still single, the day I give space to a person in my life is because I want to, I fell in love with the solitude and peace that I enjoy today, I have raised my children very well, and the one who left is not necessary, a few months ago I could say thank you because you left, I have grown and most importantly I have matured as a woman.
