As women we are by nature beautiful and full of life, which we transmit to those around us and in what we do, so when we take pictures we can capture that beautiful energy that we radiate through this medium. Therefore, we have the opportunity to go back to those beautiful memories that make us who we are just by looking at the pictures. So, it is not only about posing for a certain moment, but about that present joy, the beauty of our essence and how we connect from our heart with that which causes us satisfaction.

Gracias a @nainaztengra por las preguntas de esta semana. Cómo mujeres somos por naturaleza bellas y estamos llenas de vida, la cual transmitimos a quienes nos rodean y en lo que hacemos, por lo que cuando nos tomamos fotos podemos plasmar esa energía tan bella que iradiamos a través de este medio. Por tanto, tenemos la oportunidad de volver sobre esos hermosos recuerdos que nos hacen ser lo que somos con solo observar las fotografías. Entonces, no solo se trata de posar para un momento determinado, sino de esa alegría presente, lo bonito de nuestra esencia y de como conectamos desde nuestro corazón con aquello que nos causa satisfacción.

I love this photo because it was a December when I visited my family, since we do not live in the same state, it is difficult for us to see each other, but this year I traveled to share with them and it was amazing, because I could share with my cousins who are with me in this beautiful photo and the little son of one of them. Also, at this time of my life, I felt more full of energy because I was hiking a lot, I was in better physical condition and I dared to paint my hair red, which I think is something that looked great on me.

Esta foto me encanta porque fue un diciembre en el que visite a mi familia, ya que no vivimos en el mismo estado, se nos hace difícil vernos, pero en este año viaje para compartir con ellos y fue increíble, porque puede compartir con mis primas quienes me acompañan en esta hermosa foto y el pequeño hijo de una de ellas. Además, en este momento de mi vida, me sentía más llena de energía porque practicaba mucho senderismo, estaba en mejor condición física y me atreví a pintarme el cabello de rojo que creo que es algo que me quedaba muy bien.

This trip meant a lot to me, I also had the opportunity to care for and share with a very dear uncle, who had the terrible Alzheimer's disease, but fortunately during that time he still remembered me. That was the last time I could be with him because my uncle passed away in the middle of the quarantine for Covid-19 and I could not even travel to say goodbye.

Este viaje significó mucho para mí, tuve la oportunidad también de cuidar y compartir con un tío muy querido, el cual tenía la terrible enfermedad de Alzheimer, pero que afortunadamente durante ese tiempo aún me recordaba. Esa fue la última vez que pude estar con él porque mi tío falleció en plena cuarentena por el Covid – 19 y no pude viajar siquiera para despedirme.

This beautiful photo was taken on a trip in company of my spiritual sisters, we are devotees of Krishna Consciousness and we undertook this trip to preach and distribute prasadam which is vegetarian food offered to God, it was the first trip I attended and I had an incredible time. The energy present was magnificent, because we dedicated ourselves to singing devotional songs and having a good time, this trip was organized by a devotee who was visiting Venezuela and that made it even more special, since we had not seen her for about 5 years since she emigrated from the country. Although it was a weekend trip, we made the most of the time, to be honest, I think it gave me a great spiritual boost because it was like a retreat for me, leaving aside the obligations and the hustle and bustle of everyday life was incredible.

Está hermosa foto fue tomada en un viaje en compañía de mis hermanas espirituales, somos devotas de la Consciencia de Krishna y emprendimos este viaje para predicar y repartir prasadam que es alimento vegetariano ofrecido a Dios, fue el primer viaje al cual asistí y me la pasé increíble. La energía presente fue magnífica, porque nos dedicamos a cantar canciones devocionales y a pasarla bien, este viaje fue organizado por una devota que estaba de visita en Venezuela y eso lo hizo aún muy especial, ya que teníamos como 5 años sin verla desde que emigró del país. Aunque fue un viaje de un fin de semana, aprovechamos el tiempo al máximo, para ser honesta, creo que me impulso mucho espiritualmente ya que fue como un retiro para mí, dejar de lado las obligaciones y el ajetreo de la vida diaria fue increíble.

This last photo was on my 30th birthday, I felt radiant, happy and above all content with everything that was happening at that moment in my life, I think it was one of the most beautiful birthdays I had, I enjoyed being with my family and I also had a celebration in the temple I attend. It is one of those unique moments when you feel radiant, because I felt good physically and spiritually.

Está última foto fue en mi cumpleaños número 30, me sentía radiante, feliz y sobre todo contenta con todo lo que ocurría en ese momento en mi vida, creo que fue uno de los cumpleaños más hermosos que tuve, disfrute de estar con mi familia y también me hicieron una celebración en el templo al que asisto. Es de esos momentos únicos en los que te sientes radiante, porque me sentía bien física y espiritualmente.

We tend to get so involved in the day-to-day affairs of the home, that we forget that we need self-care and attention as well and time for ourselves. Do you have a "ME time?" One of the activities that have always brought me happiness, make my mind calm down and de-stress me, is running and being in contact with nature. This makes me disconnect from my daily routine and my activities at home, although I don't have children, I am always busy at home and sometimes there is no space to do what I enjoy. So when I can, I escape and have fun running and doing exercises that allow me to get back to me, I really enjoy this and that is why I want to resume this activity on a frequent basis, as the benefits I get are unique.

Una de las actividades que siempre me han producido felicidad, hacen que mi mente se aquiete y me desestresan, es correr y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Esto me hace desconectarme de mi rutina diaria y de mis actividades en el hogar, aunque no tengo hijos, siempre tengo ocupaciones en la casa y pues a veces no hay espacio para hacer lo que disfruto. Por lo que cuando puedo, me escapó y me divierto corriendo y haciendo ejercicios que me permiten volver a mí, disfruto mucho esto y es por eso que quiero retomar esta actividad de modo frecuente, ya que los beneficios que obtengo son únicos.
