Creative and tasty food always catches the eye. Recently, I had the chance to get together with some friends to make a delicious recipe: we made some ripe plantain rolls stuffed with chicken and served them with a delicious sauce made from cream cheese and Parmesan. The whole dish turned out absolutely delicious. It’s also a dish that goes a long way, looks great and can be eaten at any temperature.

INGREDIENTS: - Ripe plantains, parboiled in their skins. - Shredded chicken, cooked with seasonings. - Coating: breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese - Butter - Cheese and leek sauce: cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, leek, oil, salt and pepper. - Sweet potato crisps: sweet potato, oil and salt. PROCEDURE

✓ Peel the plantains; for best results, the plantain should still be warm. ✓ Cut each plantain in half; one plantain is enough to make two rolls.

✓ Flatten the plantains to a thickness of half a centimetre. The plantains should be spread out; I used two chopping boards wrapped in cling film, but you can also use a rolling pin.

✓ Spread cream cheese over the surface of the plantain.

✓ Place the chicken on the plantain sheet; there should be plenty of filling.

✓ Roll up and secure with cling film; place them on a baking tray, put them in the fridge and chill for at least two hours. After they’ve been in the fridge, spread butter all over each roll, then coat the rolled-up plantains in the mixture of Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

✓ Bake for fifteen minutes, then leave to cool slightly, cut into slices two or three centimetres thick and arrange on a plate.

✓ Spoon the sauce over each sliced roll.

✓ Top with the crispy sweet potato and enjoy!

Cream Cheese Sauce: Ingredients: - 400 grams of garlic leek, thinly sliced - 2 tablespoons of butter - 400 grams of cream cheese - 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese - salt and pepper to taste.

✓ Cook the leeks in the butter over a low heat until softened, add salt and pepper, then leave the leeks to cool ✓ Next, transfer the mixture to a blender, add the cream cheese and the Parmesan, and blend until you have a smooth cream. Sweet potato crisps: Ingredients: - Sweet potatoes - Cornflour - Oil - Salt

Cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips, sprinkle a little cornflour over the sliced sweet potatoes, fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown, then season with salt.

Rollo de plátano relleno de pollo

La comida creativa y sabrosa llama siempre la atención, en estos días tuve la oportunidad de compartir con unas amigas la elaboración de una deliciosa receta, hicimos unos rollos de plátano rellenos de pollo, y le añadimos una deliciosa salsa, esta salsa está hecha con queso crema y queso parmesano, todo en conjunto quedó riquísimo, además es una comida que rinde mucho, tiene buena presentación y se puede comer a cualquier temperatura.

INGREDIENTES: - Plátano maduro sancochado con su cáscara. - Pollo desmenuzado cocido con aliños. - Empanizado: pan rallado y queso parmesano - Mantequilla - Salsa de queso y ajo porro: queso crema, queso parmesano, ajo porro, aceite, sal y pimienta. - Crocante de batata: batata, aceite y sal. PROCEDIMIENTO

✓ Se le retira la cáscara a los plátanos, para un buen resultado el plátano debe estar aún tibio. ✓ Cortamos cada plátano por la mitad, un plátano rinde para hacer dos rollos.

✓ Aplastar el plátano, dejando un grosor de medio centímetro El plátano debe quedar extendido, yo utilice dos tablas de cocina envueltas en papel film, también puedes utilizar un rodillo

✓ Untamos queso crema sobre la superficie del plátano.

✓ Colocamos pollo sobre la lámina de plátano, el relleno debe ser abundante.

✓ Enrollar y ajustar con el papel film, colocarlos en una bandeja para horno, llevar a la nevera y refrigerar por un mínimo de dos horas. Después de haber estado en la nevera, le untamos mantequilla por todos los lados a cada rollo, y procedemos a empanar los plátanos enrollados, aquí utilizaremos la mezcla de parmesano y pan rallado.

✓ Hornear por quince minutos, luego dejar que se enfríen un poquito, cortar en rodajas de dos o tres centímetros y servir sobre el plato.

✓ Añadir la salsa sobre cada rollo cortado.

✓ Colocar el crujiente de batata y disfrutar!

Salsa de Queso y Ajo Porro: Ingredientes: - 400 gramos de ajo porro cortado en rodajas delgadas - 2 cucharadas de mantequilla - 400 gramos de queso crema - 2 cucharadas de queso parmesano - sal y pimienta en cantidad necesaria

✓ Cocinar el ajo porro con la mantequilla fuego bajo, hasta que se ablande, añadir sal y pimienta, dejar que se enfríe el ajo porro ✓ Luego llevamos esto a una licuadora, agregamos el queso crema, también agregamos el queso parmesano, licuamos hasta lograr una crema suave. Crocante de batata: Ingredientes: - Batata (Boniato) - Fécula de maíz - Aceite - Sal

Cortar en delgadas tiras las batatas, espolvorear un poquito de fécula de maíz sobre las batatas ya cortadas, freír en abundante aceite caliente, cocinar hasta dorar, por último añadir sal.
