Cuidar tu salud mental te permitirá encontrar un motivo para crecer y luchar por aquellos obstáculos que se interponen en tu camino. Por ende, romantiza todos los días (solo si puedes, nunca lo hagas obligado) para que notes la diferencia, que es bastante notable.

Necesitas replantear lo que haces y si consideras que ya tienes la motivación, bienvenido, porque es tu momento. Ahora que ya tienes la motivación ¿será suficiente, tendrás lo necesario para iniciar? Tal vez sí, o tal vez te falta algo que también es muy importante.

You need to rethink what you do, and if you believe you already have the motivation, welcome, because it is your moment. Now that you have the motivation, will it be enough, will you have what's necessary to start? Maybe yes, or maybe you're missing something that is also very important.

Miles de nichos, unos más llamativos que otros pero ¿qué los hace diferentes? Yo misma he cuestionado tanto que mi cabeza no para de encontrar esa respuesta y, plenamente decidí responderme: La persona detrás de la pantalla.

El verdadero secreto no son los seguidores, no son los equipos, es la persona quien dirige el trayecto de la idea y, su carisma o personalidad es lo que atrapa, no es necesario scrollear para buscar "inspiración" porque eso solo fomenta la comparación.

Hacer POCO y esperar MUCHO

Tuve que aprender esto a los golpes y, me causa mucha risa porque obtenía el mismo resultado de siempre. Mi vida parecía como una repetición constante de los mismos errores y me preguntaba "Bueno pero ¿qué estoy haciendo mal?"

Tristemente, uno hace muy poco y esperar un EXCELENTE resultado. Es mentira y muchos hacemos lo mismo. Creemos que mientras le des 20 minutos a tu proyecto va a equivaler 20mil dólares o algo parecido. NO importa que tan buena idea tengas, sin ejecución y planificación no hay vida.

Se tiene que meter a la cabeza que todo proyecto requiere MUCHO ESFUERZO y, lo pongo en mayúscula porque si solo le dedicamos el poco tiempo que nos sobra, no obtendremos el resultado que soñamos.

La próxima vez que tu cerebro te diga "espera a tener el equipo perfecto" o "¿y si no sale bien?", recuérdale quién manda aquí. obvio, TÚ.
