Heute stelle ich Euch ein ~~LUV~~Lebkuchenrezept vor. Ein Rezept für Elise, aber Spaß beiseite - der **Elisenlebkuchen**. Eigentlich kann man sie auch LUVkuchen nennen. 😄

Today I present you a LUV gingerbread recipe. A recipe for Elise, but joking aside the - Elisen-gingerbread. But actually you can also call them LUVcakes.😄

Ihr kennt bestimmt das LUV-Token von @crrdlx, dafür habe ich eine Oblate mit der Schere in Herzform geschnitten und die rohe Lebkuchenmasse so aufgestrichen, dass die Herzform zu erkennen ist. Das andere Herz habe ich mit einem Ausstecher aus einem fertigen Lebkuchen gearbeitet. Wird viel ordentlicher und ist fast einfacher, den Rand kann man entweder gleich naschen oder, wenn man es hinbekommt, dass er nicht bricht auch so auf den Teller legen. Welches sieht LUViger aus, was meint Ihr?

You probably know the LUV token from @crrdlx, for this I cut a wafer into a heart shape with scissors and spread the raw gingerbread mixture so that the heart shape is visible. The other heart I worked with a cookie cutter from a finished gingerbread. It's much neater and almost easier, the edge can either be snacked on straight away, or if you can manage not to break it, it can be put on the plate. Which one looks more like LUV, what do you think?

Das Rezept habe ich aus einem Tubberware-Rezeptbuch. Es ist wirklich sehr einfach, nicht viele Gewürze, aber dennoch schmecken sie klasse, finde ich.

I got the recipe from a Tubberware recipe book. It's really very simple, not many spices, but they still taste great, I think.

##### Zutaten: 3 Eier 125 g Zucker 1 Prise Salz 1/2 Teelöffel gemahlene Nelken 1 Teelöffel Zimt 2 Tropfen Bittermandelöl 125 g gemahlene Mandeln 125 g gehackte Mandeln 125 g Orangeat 125 g Zitronat Oblaten

##### Ingredients 3 eggs 125 g sugar 1 pinch salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 drops bitter almond oil 125 g ground almonds 125 g chopped almonds 125 g candied orange peel 125 g candied lemon peel Wafers

Eier und Zucker schaumig rühren. Zitronat und Orangeat fein hacken. Alles mischen. (Ich füge alles nach und nach in die Küchenmaschine.) Den Teig fingerdick auf die Oblaten streichen. - Außer: Ihr habt eine Lebkuchenmühle bzw. Lebkuchenglocke.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Finely chop the candied lemon peel and candied orange peel. Mix everything together. (I add everything bit by bit in the food processor). Spread the dough onto the wafers as thick as a finger. - Unless: you have a gingerbread mill/ gingerbread bell.

Dieses Gerät erleichtert die klebrige Arbeit ungemein und sie werden schön gleichmäßig.

This device makes this sticky job much easier and they become nice and even.

Die rote Schrift auf den Herzen ist mit Lebensmittelfarbe gemacht - mein erster Versuch. 😉
