Quería hablarles sobre algo que me pasa a mi y a lo mejor a algunos de ustedes también. Temor de verme al espejo, esto habla mucho de las inseguridades que tengas y de cómo te sientas, yo a veces no estoy en mi mejor momento y de verdad lo menos que quiero es verme, cada vez que paso por un espejo o por algún lugar en donde pueda ver mi reflejo trato de evitarlo porque no me gusta mi aspecto o porque siento que me veo mal, y claramente sé que eso está mal, sé que es algo que debo cambiar para mi bienestar. Obviamente esto no me pasa todo el tiempo, pero si me he dado cuenta de algo, y es algo que a lo mejor les sirva mucho de ayuda para el que le pase lo mismo o algo similar. En el momento en que estoy bien, o me siento bien, me veo mucho, y un día llegué a la conclusión de que a lo mejor todo el tiempo me veo bien, y solo es mi mente la que se enfoca en que hay algo mal en mi, o me dejo llevar mucho de lo que piensan otros. El punto es que al descubrir eso me di cuenta de que a veces nos limitamos tanto, y nos hundimos y deprimimos por algo que a lo mejor no es tan grave como pensamos, entonces la conclusión de esto y el mensaje que quiero reflejarles a ustedes con mucho amor, es que se quieran mucho, no permitan que sus pensamientos los nublen de la realidad, véanse al espejo y recuerden siempre lo hermosas que son. I wanted to talk to you about something that happens to me and maybe to some of you too. Fear of looking at myself in the mirror. This speaks a lot about the insecurities you have and how you feel. Sometimes I’m not at my best and really the last thing I want to do is look at myself. Every time I pass by a mirror or somewhere where I can see my reflection, I try to avoid it because I don’t like my appearance or because I feel like I look bad. And clearly I know that’s wrong, I know it’s something I need to change for my well-being. Obviously, this doesn’t happen to me all the time, but I have realized something that might be very helpful for those who experience the same thing or something similar. When I’m feeling good, I look at myself a lot, and one day I came to the conclusion that maybe I look good all the time, and it’s just my mind that focuses on something wrong with me, or I get carried away too much by what others think. The point is that by discovering that, I realized that sometimes we limit ourselves so much, and we sink and get depressed over something that may not be as serious as we think. So the conclusion of this and the message I want to reflect to you with much love, is to love yourselves, don’t let your thoughts cloud you from reality, look at yourselves in the mirror and always remember how beautiful you are.
