Execution Method :

Rinse and drain mussels well.
Apply on absorbent paper, cover with a second sheet of paper and lightly press with your palms to dry the remaining water.
Put the olive oil, water, parsley, hot pepper, salt and pepper in a saucepan over high heat.
When it starts to boil, pour the mussels and let them boil only 5 minutes (Τhey shouldn't boil anymore, because the gather and harden.
Remove them from the heat and pour them with lemon juice.
Serve them immediately.
