Que tal compañeros de #HCalisthenics!! Soy @gian-wl miembro activo del grupo Without Limits... El día de hoy les comparto una de las rutinas que me encanta hacer cuando no dispongo de mucho tiempo para entrenar, debido a mi trabajo que consume de 9 a 11 horas diarias🫡 sumando que también cumplo con una responsabilidad muy grande como lo es mi hermosa hija🩷, eso hace valioso cada minuto de entrenamiento⏳

La Rutina exprés por así decir, Es una Super Serie dividida entre jalón y empuje (en este caso, por no poder entrenar eso grupos musculares)

Súper Serie de Jalón

Dominadas Pronas :10 Reps Tuck de Front lever :Tiempo máximo en esa posición Dominadas Supinas:10 Reps

Repito la Rutina 4 veces con un descanso de 2:30 minutos entre serie

Super Serie de Empuje

Flexiones declinadas: 20 Reps Toques al Hombro: 10 toques por cada hombro(Un total de 20) Flexiones Normales: 10 Reps Fondos en Paralelas: 10 Reps

Repito la Rutina 4 veces con un descanso de 2:30 minutos entre serie Mi tiempo de descanso entre la Rutina de jalón y la de empuje descanso solo 3:00 minutos

Luego hago ejercicios complementarios como lo son:

Curl de bíceps con pesas o banda elástica( en este caso es una tripa de caucho que nos presento @atlashv96, se le agradece mucho 😂) Remo con mancuernas, dragon flag, plancha abdominal.

Esta Rutina corta, hace que mi poco tiempo de entrenamiento sea muy satisfactorio, logrando aumentar mi resistencia, fuerza y fortaleza mental para no fastidiarme por no entrenar por dos días seguidos😤 los que amamos este deporte saben que es así!🔥

Recuerda siempre, Que no pierdes tu tiempo cuando entrenas asi sean 10mni,15mni, lo importante es que lo haces!!Que entrenamos para hacer cosas que para un hombre promedio seria imposible sin la disciplina correcta, al Principio siempre te llamaran loco, pero luego te preguntarán cómo lo lograste?❤️‍🔥

Howdy fellow #HCalisthenics!!! I'm @gian-wl active member of Without Limits.... Today I share with you one of the routines that I love to do when I don't have much time to train, due to my work that consumes 9 to 11 hours a day🫡 adding that I also have a very big responsibility as my beautiful daughter🩷, that makes valuable every minute of training⏳

The Express Routine, so to speak, is a Super Series divided between pull and push (in this case, for not being able to train those muscle groups).

Super Pulling Series

Pull-ups: 10 Reps Front lever tuck: Maximum time in that position Supine Pull-ups: 10 Reps

I repeat the routine 4 times with a rest of 2:30 minutes between sets.

Super Push Series

Declined push-ups: 20 Reps Shoulder Taps: 10 taps per shoulder (a total of 20) Normal Push-ups: 10 Reps Parallel Pull-ups: 10 Reps

I repeat the routine 4 times with a rest of 2:30 minutes between sets. My rest time between the Pull-Up and Push-Up Routine is only 3:00 minutes.

Then I do complementary exercises such as:

Biceps curl with weights or elastic band (in this case it is a rubber gut that @atlashv96 presented to us, it is much appreciated 😂) Dumbbell rowing, dragon flag, abdominal plank.

This short Routine, makes my short training time very satisfying, managing to increase my endurance, strength and mental toughness so I don't get annoyed for not training for two days in a row😤 those of us who love this sport know it's like that!🔥

Always remember, you are not wasting your time when you train like this. Whether it's 10mni, 15mni, the important thing is that you do it, that you train to do things that for the average man would be impossible without the right discipline, in the beginning they will always call you crazy, but then they will ask you how you did it?❤️‍🔥
