Saludos cordiales todos y todas los usuarios de #Hive y miembros de #SWC, está vez comparto un post un poco distinto, en este hablaré un poco de mí experiencia de como la disciplina me ha ayudado no solo a ser comprometido con mí deporte, si no que también me ha ayudado a ser más enfocado en áreas como el estudio, trabajo, proyectos y demás, espero y sea de su agrado, a continuación daré a entender mi punto y dé como estoy seguro que si te vuelves disciplinado podrás transferirlo a las otras áreas de tu vida. Empezaré en dónde todo comenzó en los años de 2022 y 2023, en ésa época tenía alrededor de 16 años de edad, ya por el desarrollo de la adolescencia di el "estirón" lo cual me hacía ver bastante delgado, esto hizo que me pusiera como objetivo llegar a un físico estético y fuerte y desde ahí comencé mis primeros entrenamientos, como era alguien inexperto comencé haciendo algunas flexiones de pecho con rodillas en suelo ya que no era capaz de hacer flexiones normales completas, y tenía unos envases lleno de arena que actuaban como pesa para entrenar, en estos entrenamientos improvisados duro alrededor de unos 2 meses luego, por la falta de equipamiento y demás me sentí bastante desmotivado y en ese entonces deje eso así y no continué, tiempo después un buen amigo que tenía pesas y demás cosas me motivó a qué empezaríamos a entrenar y a partir de ahí me animé y ahí comenzó mi camino en los entrenamientos que para ese tiempo eran híbridos junto con algo de calistenia y pesas, realmente eran entrenamientos caseros, luego en el año 2023 inauguraron lo que ahora es mi sitio de entrenamiento el Parque el Saman, cuando ví estoe anime ya que habían barras, un ambiente alegre y ahi pensé expandir mis entrenamientos.

I will start where it all began in the years of 2022 and 2023, at that time I was around 16 years old, already due to the development of adolescence I gave the "growth spurt" which made me look quite thin, this made me set a goal to achieve an aesthetic and strong physique and from there I started my first workouts, as I was inexperienced I started doing some push-ups with knees on the floor since I was not able to do complete normal push-ups, and I had some containers full of sand that acted as weights to train, in these improvised workouts I lasted around 2 months then, due to the lack of equipment and so on I felt quite unmotivated and at that time I left it like that and did not continue, some time later a good friend who had weights and other things motivated me to start training and from there I was encouraged and there began my path in training that at that time were hybrid along with some calisthenics and weights, they really were workouts homemade, then in 2023 they inaugurated what is now my training site, Parque el Saman, when I saw this anime since there were bars, a happy atmosphere and there I thought about expanding my training.

Para este punto, yo ya venía teniendo una mentalidad la cual llamo "El camino del guerrero" la cual es una mentalidad que he aprendido del youtuber Vadym Cavalera de buff academy, esté fue un de mis maestros por así decirlo que me ha enseñado múltiples valores como: manejar la frustración, ser capaz de continuar en el camino aún si no tienes ganas de hacerlo, cuando vengan los días malos y desmotivantes no rendirse y continuar aunque veas que todo tú alrededor sé rinde, tú sigues ahí viendo tú meta y que no importa nada más no sea eso, valores que hoy en día sigo predicando y compartiendo con las personas a mi alrededor y es sin dudas el camino que he escogido; como todo en la vida vienen las lecciones que nos hacen aprender, durante este tiempo entrenando en el parque el Saman donde aún entrenaba sólo, no tenía compañeros en ese momento, tuve diversas lesiones en mis hombros a raíz de alzar peso excesivo en fondos lastrados, una lesión de rodilla que tardo casi 3 meses en recuperarse del todo y que incluso me dificultaba caminar, luego de todos estos eventos, empezaron a llegar mis compañeros de entrenamiento que llegaron haciendo trucos como front lever, handstand, back lever, straddle planche etc yo al verlos quede bastante impresionado por todo lo que podían hacer y en ese momento decidí juntarme con ellos y empezar entrenar, todo esto conllevo a la creación del grupo llamado Street Bars athletes el cual fue mí equipo por más de 2 años, cabe destacar que en este punto aprendí una lección valiosa, ganar dinero por mi cuenta es aquí que el rodearte de las personas correctas puede llevarte a lugares o situaciones a tu favor, llegamos a un acuerdo de que queríamos implementos como bandas elásticas, una corneta para poner música etc, esto hizo que a consejo de mis compañeros empezará a hacer trabajos como limpiar césped en casas, botar basuras y desechos y con estos trabajos ganaba dinero, dinero que invertia más que todo para el equipo y para seguir comprando implementos, esto me enseñó una lección valiosa de lo que es el trabajo duro y dé ganarte un buen dinero honesto y con esfuerzo. a pesar de esto continuaba entrenando y seguía siempre constante, después de un tiempo volví a enfrentar otra lesión que para mí fue una de las peores, fue a raíz de un truco dinámico llamado tornado 360 el cual poniendo el peso en un brazo y ahí empezó mis dolores y problemas de hombro, justo en este tiempo mí lesión anterior que había tenido años antes había regresado, fue algo muy negativo para mí ya que en este tiempo estaba empezando con mis progresiones de plancha y estás lesiones me retrasaron muchísimo, de igual manera seguí entrenando mí front lever el cual no me producía dolor al practicarlo, recientemente en este año por fin pude superar está lesión luego de un año completo con dolores de hombro, y todo gracias a un fisioterapeuta que me dió algunas consejos para poder recurarme y así lo hice, todo esto y lo que quiero dar a entender es que, otro en mi lugar al lesionarse sé habría rendido pero, yo no, yo seguí y seguí y seguí y nunca me detuve y a pesar de cosas que jugaban en mi contra yo continué sin detenerme ni un solo paso, tuve retrocesos pero pude recuperarme de ellos y aquí continuo y actualmente estoy progresando y me siento de maravilla, el punto final es este, CONTINUA! así todo parezca que va mal y que no hay oportunidad, SIGUE! no lo abandones, por qué al final, "los que realmente son exitosos son los que nunca abandonaron a mitad del camino, y a la hora de todo el campeón eres tú" espero te haya gustado esta historia de superación personal y enfrentando las adversidades de la vida con una mentalidad de constancia y disciplina y dé no abandonar sólo porque algo salió mal, sigue en el camino por favor por tú bien sigue así.

By this point, I was already having a mentality which I call "The path of the warrior" which is a mentality that I have learned from the youtuber Vadym Cavalera of buff academy, he was one of my teachers so to speak that has taught me multiple values such as: managing frustration, being able to continue on the path even if you do not feel like doing it, when the bad and demotivating days come not giving up and continue even if you see that everything around you gives up, you continue there seeing your goal and that nothing else matters but that, values that today I continue preaching and sharing with the people around me and it is without a doubt the path that I have chosen; Like everything in life, lessons come along that make us learn, during this time training in the Saman park where I was still training alone, I had no teammates at that time, I had various injuries to my shoulders as a result of lifting excessive weight on weighted dips, a knee injury that took almost 3 months to fully recover and that even made it difficult for me to walk, after all these events, my training partners began to arrive who came doing tricks like front lever, handstand, back lever, straddle planche etc. When I saw them I was quite impressed by everything they could do and at that moment I decided to join them and start training, all this led to the creation of the group called Street Bars athletes which was my team for more than 2 years, it should be noted that at this point I learned a valuable lesson, earning money on my own is here that surrounding yourself with the right people can take you to places or situations in your favor, we came to an agreement that we wanted implements such as elastic bands, a horn to play music etc., this made that on the advice of my teammates I started to do jobs like cleaning lawns at houses, throwing away garbage and waste, and with these jobs I earned money, money that I invested mostly in the equipment and to continue buying implements, this taught me a valuable lesson about what hard work is and what it means to earn good money honestly and with effort. Despite this I continued training and remained constant, after a while I faced another injury that for me was one of the worst, it was from a dynamic trick called tornado 360 which put the weight on one arm and that's where my pain and shoulder problems began, just at this time my previous injury that I had years before had returned, it was something very negative for me since at this time I was starting with my plank progressions and these injuries slowed me down a lot, in the same way I continued training my front lever which did not cause me pain when practicing it, recently this year I was finally able to overcome this injury after a full year with shoulder pain, and all thanks to a physical therapist who gave me some advice to be able to recover and so I did, all this and what I want to make clear is that, another in my place when injured I know would have given up but not me, I continued and continued and continued and I never stopped and despite things that played against me I continued without stopping even one step, I had setbacks but I was able to recover from them and here I continue and currently I am progressing and I feel wonderful, the end point is this, CONTINUE! even if everything seems to be going wrong and there is no opportunity, CONTINUE! do not give up, because in the end, "those who are truly successful are those who never gave up halfway through, and when it comes down to it, the champion is you" I hope you liked this story of personal improvement and facing life's adversities with a mentality of perseverance and discipline and not giving up just because something went wrong, continue on the path please for your own good continue like this.
