Wer nicht weiß wo er hingehen will, der wird auch nie dort ankommen

So oder so ähnlich heißt es oft, wenn es um das Thema Zielsetzung geht und darum, wie jeder Einzelne mehr aus sich und seinem Leben machen kann.

Ich halte das auch für absolut sinnvoll und werde darauf in kommenden Artikeln noch näher und im Detail eingehen.

Doch um dir überhaupt erst Gedanken darüber zu machen, wo du hin willst oder welche Ziele du verfolgst, ob privat, finanziell oder im Bereich Gesundheit, solltest du dir dann nicht erst im Klaren darüber sein, dass der Punkt, an dem du im Moment bist, nicht der Punkt ist, an dem du bleiben willst?

Hätte Neo überhaupt erst nach der Matrix gesucht, wenn er nicht gemerkt hätte, dass mit der Welt, in der er lebt, etwas nicht stimmt? (für die die nicht wissen was gemeint ist, schaut euch mal den Film Matrix an;-))

Naja, ganz so drastisch muss es ja auch nicht sein. Aber fängt nicht jede Veränderung mit dem Gefühl an, dass der Status Quo einen nicht erfüllt? Einem nicht das gibt, was man sich wünscht oder wonach man strebt? Der erste Schritt ist also überhaupt erst, zuzugeben, dass man an einem solchen Punkt angelangt ist.

Bei mir selbst war das so. Bzw. war es erst mal lange Zeit nicht. Ich war so sehr mit mir selbst und meinen vermeintlichen Zielen beschäftigt, dass ich gar nicht gemerkt hatte, dass ich auf dem für mich falschen Weg war.

Ich kann mich nicht mehr erinnern was dann genau zu einem Umdenken geführt hat, aber der erste Gedanke, den ich dazu hatte und der mir sagte, „hey, irgendwas läuft falsch“, dieser Gedanke hat sich manifestiert und ist seit dem immer mehr gewachsen.

Ich habe z.B. für mich festgestellt, dass ich beruflich mein eigenes Ding machen möchte. Mir meine Zeit frei einteilen und nicht an Zeitvorgaben und Regelungen eines Arbeitgebers gebunden zu sein. Und das für die nächsten 30 oder 40 Jahre.

Und ich bin der Meinung, dass jeder Mensch auf der Welt das Recht und es verdient hat, wohlhabend und glücklich zu sein. Wir müssen uns das nur immer wieder klar machen. Denn im Grunde liegt es ganz allein an uns selbst, was wir aus unserem Leben machen. Es liegt also in deiner eigenen Verantwortung.

Wie ist es mit dir? Stelle dir doch mal 2 einfache aber wichtige Fragen. Und denke wirklich gründlich darüber nach, denn unser Gehirn neigt dazu, sich die Dinge einfach zu machen. Oder oft belügen wir uns auch selbst.

Nimm dir also die Zeit, ernsthaft über folgende Fragen nachzudenken:

Bist du glücklich, wie es ist?
Was willst du wirklich?

Egal in welcher Hinsicht. Und dabei ist es auch ganz wichtig, dass du dir diese Fragen auch ehrlich beantwortest. Erst wenn du das weißt, kannst du überlegen, welchen neuen Kurs du einschlägst, um zu finden, was du willst.

Denn nie vergessen: glücklich zu sein steht dir zu!;-)

I think this is completely true and will therefore go into further detail on it in future articles.

But in order to make up your mind about where you want to be and what to reach as to your job, your finances or your health. Shouldn’t you first realize that you have come to a point in your life where you don’t want to be? How can any change come to your life if you think everything is ok?

Would Neo have looked out for the Matrix if he hadn’t realized that something is wrong with the world and the life he is living? (for those of you who don’t know what I am talking about, just watch the movie “Matrix” and you will know;-))

Admittedly, it doesn’t necessarily need to be that extreme. But doesn’t any change in life arise out of the feeling that the status quo is no longer satisfying? That is doesn’t give you what you desire or long for? So the very first step is to admit that you have come to that point.

This is 100% true for me. Or had not been for a very long time. I had been so busy with myself and my supposed goals that I did not realize that I was on the wrong track. I can’t remember anymore what exactly led to me rethink my life. But at some point I said to myself: “Something goes wrong. Let’s not continue like that.” This thought had manifested itself and since then grown even more.

I realized I want to be my own boss and make my own thing. To do with my time what I want to do and not be bound to what my boss says for the next 30 years. And I am convinced that every single person deserves to be wealthy and free. But we have to bring this to our mind over and over again. In the end it is up to everyone of us if we make something of ourselves.

How about you? Just ask yourself 2 simple but very important questions :

Are you really happy with your current situation?
What do you really want?

No matter in which respect. Just be honest to yourself. It is only when you know the answers that you can steer into the right direction to get what you want and deserve.
