Long Ke Tsai is located in Sai Kung East Country Park, a small beach near Tsang Pang Kok and Long Ke Wan. Long Ke Tsai is even more secluded than Long Ke Wan, it is known as a secret paradise. 浪茄仔位于西贡东郊野公园，邻近罾棚角、浪茄湾的细小沙滩。由于人烟稀少，于海天一色下，浪茄仔予人有世外桃源的感觉。

Comments 短评: At the time of climbing up Sai Wan Shan, there are splendid views of 'Four Wan' (Sai Wan, Ham Tin Wan, Tai Wan and Tung Wan), leaving Sai Wan Shan there are tough routes going downhill to Cheung Ngam Teng. After arriving Long Ke Tsai, you must be attracted by such secret paradise, you must find it relaxing when lying on the beach. 登上西湾山可先欣赏一尖四湾的怡人景色，然后下降至长岩顶，惟部分路段走来甚是艰难。抵达浪茄仔，立刻被眼前这片世外桃源吸引着。沙滩面积虽小，但景色绝不逊于隔邻的浪茄湾。坐在人烟稀少的沙滩上，欣赏当前美景，教人忘掉烦忧。

To Sai Wan Pavilion 前往西湾亭

Taking Residents' service route 29R at Sai Kung Town Centre, and get off at Sai Wan Pavilion (terminal);
Taking taxi at Sai Kung Town Centre, and get off at Sai Wan Pavilion.
於西貢市中心乘坐29R村巴，於西灣亭下車。
於西貢市中心乘坐的士直達西灣亭。

From East Dam (High Island Reservoir) 由万宜水库东坝離開

Taking Shuttle Bus to Sai Kung Town Centre (booking is required, for details, please visit here);
Taking taxi to Sai Kung Town Centre (booking is usually required).
乘坐穿梭巴士返回西貢市心(必須預先訂票，詳情可瀏覽相關網站)。
乘坐的士返回西貢市中心(來往東壩的士不多，通常需要電召的士)。

[NOTE 注意事項]

The trail bewteen Long Ke Tsai and Long Ke Wan is steep, clambering is required;
The trail bewteen Long Ke Tsai and Long Ke Wan is partly with cliffside route. Hikers must be careful when walking along the trail.
It is recommended to bring along with enough food and water; it is not recommended to hike alone.
前往长岩顶路段不是正式山径，且部分路段隐蔽难行，建议与富经验人士同行。
此远足路线全程没有补给点，必须带备充足的水及粮食，切勿单独前往。
由浪茄仔前往浪茄，初段攀登岬角的路段陡峭，需手足并用，且路段一旁为悬崖峭壁，必须注意安全。
