Bendito viernes!! Era aquel día, un 15 de septiembre de 1989. Esos los momentos finales de aquella década llena de acontecimientos interesantes; el primer computador, la boda de Diana y Carlos, la caída del muro de Berlín...

En fin, antes de llegar esos años inciertos de los `90, decidi llegar a este mundo. Si, ese bendito viernes. Fue por la tarde, en un hospital frente al mar, allí comenzó todo... Mi nombre, (una verdadera tortura de redacción ortográfica) Yosxany Del Valle Martínez Contreras. Una niña nacida con peculiar lunar rojo en la frente, de 4.800gr y 59Cm.. ¿Grande verdad? Pero solo cuando nací, eso luego cambio, o mejor dicho, quede con solo 1.60Cm de allí no pase. La consentida de la familia. Tengo dos hermanos, David José y Felipe. Soy la tercera hija, nacida nada mas y nada menos, que con 18 años de diferencia ¿Ahora ven porque soy la consentida? Es mi madre, la Sra Vianey, mujer llena de dulzura, encanto, y con el corazón más noble. Con un sazón espectacular y antigua dueña de un restaurante llamado El Clemón, estaba ubicado en una de las hermosas costas venezolanas, muy cerca de donde nací. Mi padre, El Sr Felipe, el mancha'o como le decían sus compañeros de trabajo, debido al vitiligo en sus manos. Chófer de oficio. El hombre más alegre y positivo que conozco, Lleno de caridad y servicio a los demás... De este par, me vino una mezcla divina!!

Crecí viendo como cocinar los más deliciosos platos, gracias a mamá; y gracias a mi papá, ninguna quemadura era más fuerte que yo, “todo esta en la mente” me decía... Los días pasaban mientras me obligaban a comer verduras y a ordenar mis juguetes. Lo demás si me gustaba: manejar bicicleta, no ordenar los juguetes, y ser feliz en mi mundo rosa. Mi niñez fue como el oro. La recuerdo con alegría y con un corazón agradecido. Y de repente, todo cambio. De estar frente al mar, teniendo la vida más perfecta que pueda imaginar una dulce niña; a ver como todo cambia, a raíz de la tragedia de Vargas ocurrida en el 1999, nos toco dejar todo cuanto conociamos, familia amigos, nuestra casa. Hasta ese día, el mundo como lo conocí cambio. Nos mudamos de estado, con ello por supuesto se dieron los cambios, una nueva casa, nuevos vecinos, asistir a otra escuela... El tiempo transcurria y sin avisar, llego la adolescencia, esa etapa de tu vida, en la que no sabes quien eres, ni a donde vas. Lo bueno fue que tuve unas super amigas. El liceo o prepratoria fue una experiencia extraordinaria. Me recuerdo caminando los largos pasillos, subiendo y bajando escaleras y corriendo para llegar a tiempo a las clases. Viviendo una etapa bonita, al lado de mis buenas amigas, Gleisy, Isabel, Rosa e Yliana. con las que el camino de la adolescencia se hizo menos traumático. Finalizada esta etapa, conocí al que yo llamaba "el amor de mi vida". ¡Tremendo rollo en el que me metí!. Pues era aquello como estar sola. Sufrí mucho, días de llanto, noches en vela, la soledad que me respiraba en cuello, En realidad lo único maravilloso de este tramo de la historia, es que me nació una hermosa princesa. La que lleva por nombre Maria Fernanda. Una niña blanquita como la nieve, con mejillas rosadas y que me lleno de felicidad. Mi fuerza residía en ver a mi niña. Descubrir como era ser mamá. No todo era triste, tenía días alegres, todo gracias a ella. Y se preguntarán por "el amor de mi vida" bueno, "Madure" y corregí un poco la senda... Y gracias al poder infinito de Dios, dejó de ser "mi amor". ¡¡Suerte que tuve!!

Decidí estudiar en la universidad. Y después de mucho trabajo, tiempo y esfuerzo, obtuve mi título como Docente en educación integral.. Conseguí un trabajo, me independice, y vivía feliz y sola con mi gordita, éramos ella y yo para todo. Luego, quería lograr una meta más, tener una especialización. Quería ser Gerente educativo. ¡Y lo logré! Luego quise tener un negocio propio, y también lo logre. Me sentía bien, estaba graduada, y con un negocio próspero, Guarderia-Maternal “Relámpago del Catatumbo” C.A. 18 pequeños nos acompañaban cada día. Debo decir que esos recuerdos son inmensamente gratos. Pero, algo faltaba, o más bien, alguien faltaba, un día asistiendo a la iglesia conocí a un muchacho. Muy guapo por cierto. Moreno, alto, con unos ojos preciosos y voz de locutor... ¡Que cosa tan espectacular! David José Miguel Alvarez Sequera. ¡Me Flecho! Tiempo después, comenzamos a salir. Nos hicimos novios y un día, me propuso matrimonio... Fue muy bonito, se arrodilló y me hizo la pregunta... A lo que yo con el corazón acelerado, contesté que si… Llego el día y la hora. Después de tanto correr y planear la boda, por fin nos casamos!! Habia encontrado ¡EL VERDADERO AMOR DE MI VIDA!

Les cuento que la vida en matrimonio no es como la pintan, no se dejen engañar, no todo es perfecto, no son las mañanas con el desayuno en la cama, ni la casa perfecta, las salidas a divertirse siempre... No. Pero saben, nosotros descubrimos el secreto de la felicidad. Debo aclarar que no tenemos días perfectos. Nada de eso. Tenemos una vida normal, locura, risas, diferencias, amor, desorden, pasión. Pero somos felices, porque el secreto es: amar y velar el uno por el otro, y procurar su bienestar antes que el propio... Eso, mis amigos, nos mostró el camino espinoso de la felicidad... Decidimos agrandar la familia, y llego a nuestras vidas Elías David, un niño sano y fuerte, lleno de vida y se robó nuestros corazones a penas lo vimos, ese pequeño nos inunda la vida de risas y travesuras. Hasta este punto ya eramos cuatro... Con una vida de divina locura! ¡Pero faltaba alguien más! Despúes de mucho esperar, nació Miguel David. El niño con una tierna mirada que endulza el corazón. Y una sonrisa que te atrapa. Mi pequeño Miguel. Mi familia es todo para mi, es mi apoyo en mis días más oscuros, mi remanzo en los días difíciles. Hoy agradezco a Dios por tenerla, y tenerla por siempre. Desde que nos casamos siempre hemos trabajado por nuestra cuenta. El ahora es Ingeniero, lo admiro, estudiar estando casado es una de las hazañas más difíciles que conozco, y el lo logró... Yo por mi parte decidí quedarme en casa cuidando a mis hijos. Lo cual me hace inmensamente feliz. Con sus días de locura. PERO FELIZ.

Me describo como una mujer alegre, que habla mucho, creativa. Algo que me gusta muchísimo es poder ayudar a los demás, creo que la vida es diferente cuando te olvidas de ti mismo y tiendes la mano a quien lo necesita. Definitivamente la forma de ver las cosas cambia totalmente. Me gusta comer chocolate, gomitas y frutos secos. Soy reservada con mi vida personal. Creo firmemente que mi paz comienza donde termina la de los demás y viceversa, y como dijo Benito Juárez “El respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz”. No me gusta la vida acelerada, huyo de eso siempre, para mi estar tranquila no tiene precio. En la búsqueda de que hacer, para obtener dinero extra me interese por el mundo de las galletas, acá les muestro un poco de nuestro trabajo. Esto realmente me apasiona, es una verdadera terapia hacer galletas. Amo hacer galletas... A eso me dedíco en mi tiempo libre.

Aquí pueden ver nuestra primera torre Eiffel, ¡lagrimas que me saco esa bendita torre! Y a la derecha “El camino de la felicidad” Todo esta realizado con galletas y royal icing, debo decir que forma empírica y con el apoyo de mi familia. Aprendí este hermoso arte. Recuerdo esos momentos en los que llore por no saber flores, porque las galletas se dañaban. Cuando habían días lluviosos y pedidos por entregar, (el royal icing es difícil de secar cuando llueve) muchas cosas que no manejaba por ser amateur. Pero no me rendí, me inicie con diseños muy sencillos, hasta poder lograr lo que ven. Todavía me falta mucho por aprender, considero que estoy en pañales. Quiero compartir este maravilloso mundo con quien desee conocerlo ¿Quién puede resistirse a una deliciosa galleta? Fue entonces que pusimos manos a la obra, y creamos COOKIE ART.

Hace poco, me reencontré con mi buen amigo @bdogplay. Nos conocimos hace muchos años, y con alegría pude conocer a su linda esposa y ver que la familia ya pronto les crece. Hoy inicio mi camino aquí, esperando poder compartir con todos una de mis mayores pasiones. Hornear galletas y darles formas creativas y originales. Debo confesar que estoy muy emocionada por poder compartir mi arte con todos. Es un sueño para mí, poder crear y exponer lo que hago y a su vez guiar a quien desee aprender este delicioso arte. Gracias por la gran oportunidad que me dan de poder ser parte de esta gran comunidad.

Anyway, before those uncertain years of the '90s, I decided to come to this world. Yes, that blessed Friday. It was in the afternoon, in a hospital in front of the sea, that's where it all began... My name, (a real spelling torture) Yosxany Del Valle Martinez Contreras. A girl born with a peculiar red mole on her forehead, 4.800gr and 59Cm... Big right? But only when I was born, that later changed, or better said, I was only 1.60Cm and I didn't get any bigger. The spoiled of the family. I have two brothers, David José and Felipe. I am the third daughter, born no more and no less than 18 years apart. Now do you see why I am the spoiled one? It is my mother, Mrs. Vianey, a woman full of sweetness, charm, and with the noblest heart. With a spectacular seasoning and former owner of a restaurant called El Clemón, it was located in one of the beautiful Venezuelan coasts, very close to where I was born. My father, Mr. Felipe, the mancha'o as his coworkers called him, due to the vitiligo on his hands. Driver by trade. The most cheerful and positive man I know, Full of charity and service to others.... From this pair, I got a divine mix!!!

I grew up watching how to cook the most delicious dishes, thanks to mom; and thanks to my dad, no burn was stronger than me, "it's all in the mind" he used to tell me.... The days went by as I was forced to eat vegetables and tidy up my toys. The rest I enjoyed: riding a bike, not tidying up my toys, and being happy in my pink world. My childhood was like gold. I remember it with joy and a grateful heart. And suddenly, everything changed. From being in front of the sea, having the most perfect life a sweet girl can imagine; to see how everything changes, because of the Vargas tragedy in 1999, we had to leave everything we knew, family, friends, our home. Until that day, the world as I knew it changed. We moved to a new state, with that of course came the changes, a new house, new neighbors, attending a new school.... Time went by and without warning, adolescence arrived, that stage of your life when you don't know who you are or where you are going. The good thing was that I had some great friends. High school was an extraordinary experience. I remember walking the long hallways, going up and down stairs and running to get to class on time. Living a beautiful stage, next to my good friends, Gleisy, Isabel, Rosa and Yliana, with whom the path of adolescence became less traumatic. At the end of this stage, I met the one I called "the love of my life". What a mess I got myself into! It was like being alone. I suffered a lot, days of crying, sleepless nights, the loneliness that breathed down my neck. In fact, the only wonderful thing about this part of the story is that a beautiful princess was born to me. The one named Maria Fernanda. A little girl as white as snow, with rosy cheeks and that filled me with happiness. My strength resided in seeing my little girl. Discovering what it was like to be a mother. Not everything was sad, I had happy days, all thanks to her. And you may wonder about "the love of my life" well, I "matured" and corrected the path a little.... And thanks to the infinite power of God, she stopped being "my love" Lucky me!!!!

I got a job, I became independent, and I lived happily and alone with my fat girl, it was me and her for everything. Then, I wanted to achieve one more goal, to have a specialization, I wanted to be an educational manager. I wanted to be an educational manager, and I did it! Then I wanted to have my own business, and I did it too. I felt good, I was graduated, and with a thriving business, Nursery-Maternal "Relámpago del Catatumbo" C.A. 18 little ones accompanied us every day. I must say that those memories are immensely pleasant. But, something was missing, or rather, someone was missing, one day attending church I met a boy. Very handsome indeed. Dark, tall, with beautiful eyes and the voice of an announcer.... What a spectacular thing! David José Miguel Alvarez Sequera, I love him! Some time later, we started dating. We became sweethearts and one day, he proposed to me.... It was very nice, he got down on one knee and asked me the question.... To which I, with my heart racing, answered yes... The day and the hour arrived. After so much running around and planning the wedding, we finally got married! I had found THE TRUE LOVE OF MY LIFE!

I describe myself as a cheerful, talkative, creative woman. Something I really like is being able to help others, I think life is different when you forget about yourself and reach out to those who need it. Definitely the way of seeing things changes completely. I like to eat chocolate, gummies and nuts. I am reserved with my personal life. I firmly believe that my peace begins where others' peace ends and vice versa, and as Benito Juarez said "Respect for the rights of others is peace". I don't like the accelerated life, I always run away from it, for me being calm is priceless. In the search of what to do, to get extra money I got interested in the world of cookies, here I show you a little of our work. I am really passionate about this, it is a real therapy to make cookies. I love making cookies... That's what I do in my free time.

But I did not give up, I started with very simple designs, until I could achieve what you see. I still have a lot to learn, I consider that I am in diapers. I want to share this wonderful world with whoever wants to know it. Who can resist a delicious cookie? That's when we got down to work, and created COOKIE ART.
