Espero se encuentren muy bien queridos Hivers, me siento entusiasmada por transmitir mis pensamientos sobre la “Desconfianza”, muy feliz por participar en el tema del mes de abril, siendo este mi primer post en esta linda comunidad. Estoy participando en esta hermosa iniciativa gracias al post de @lisbethseijas que me animo de compartir mi punto de vista con ustedes.

I am participating in this beautiful initiative thanks to the post by @lisbethseijas that encouraged me to share my point of view with you.

Siempre he creído que la desconfianza es algo que se puede ver en distintas formas, puede existir la desconfianza en uno mismo, que sería la falta de seguridad, la desconfianza en otro individuo, por cualquier situación que haya ocurrido, la desconfianza de lograr un objetivo, al no tener esperanzas en ello, entre otras cosas.

I have always believed that distrust is something that can be seen in different ways, there may be distrust in oneself, which would be a lack of security, distrust in another individual, due to any situation that has occurred, distrust of achieving a goal , by not having hopes of it, among other things.

Suelo ser una persona muy confiada en mi misma y con mucha seguridad, fue difícil llegar a ese punto, pero no algo imposible. Antes cuando tenía desconfianza en mí, porque pensaba que no podía ser capaz de realizar las metas que me proponía por diferentes razones, aunque resulto ser todo lo contrario.

I am usually a very confident person in myself and with a lot of security, it was difficult to get to that point, but not something impossible. Before when he had distrust in me, because he thought that I could not be able to achieve the goals that he proposed for different reasons, although it turned out to be the opposite.

Normalmente soy un poco desconfiada de las personas de mi entorno, nunca me confió mucho de las palabras que me dicen o hasta algunas veces del amor que pueden mostrar hacia mi persona, simplemente experiencias pasadas, con personas que defraudaron mi confianza. Sé muy bien que no todo es igual y que no siempre será así, pero la mayoría de personas no me generan una alta confianza.

Normally I am a bit suspicious of the people around me, I never trusted much of the words they say to me or even sometimes of the love they can show towards me, simply past experiences with people who disappointed my trust. I know very well that not everything is the same and that it will not always be like that, but most people do not generate a high level of confidence in me.

La desconfianza es algo que siempre existirá en una persona, por más mínimo que sea el porcentaje, en cualquiera de los ámbitos, por más que lo traten de ocultar o disfrazar. Un claro ejemplo seria, de que nuestro teléfono este en 50%, pero por preocupación de que surja cualquier situación se pone a cargar, más que todo en mi caso es por si se va la luz, se puede tomar como prevención, pero también como desconfianza de lo que pueda ocurrir al no cargar el teléfono.

Mistrust is something that will always exist in a person, no matter how small the percentage, in any of the areas, no matter how hard they try to hide or disguise it. A clear example would be that our phone is at 50%, but out of concern that any situation arises it starts to charge, more than anything in my case it is in case the power goes out, it can be taken as prevention, but also as distrust of what can happen when not charging the phone.

Pienso que la principal base de la desconfianza es el miedo, puede ser el miedo de quedar indefenso antes una amenaza real o ficticia de otra persona, situación, entre otras. Es un mecanismo de defensa, donde se coloca una barrera para protegerse de cualquier cosa que pueda ocasionar un daño en la persona.

I think that the main basis of distrust is fear, it may be the fear of being defenseless before a real or fictitious threat from another person, situation, among others. It is a defense mechanism, where a barrier is placed to protect yourself from anything that can cause harm to the person.

No es del todo correcto ser una persona desconfiada, por una parte, está bien, porque te libera de futuras malas experiencia con personas o momentos, y te proteges de un daño, pero por otra parte hace que el mundo se pueda tornar un poco más aburrido, y no siempre se podrá estar del todo feliz o lograr tener una conexión con las personas gracias a esa barrera que los separa.

It is not entirely correct to be a distrustful person, on the one hand, it is good, because it frees you from future bad experiences with people or moments, and you protect yourself from harm, but on the other hand it makes the world a little more boring, and you won't always be able to be completely happy or have a connection with people thanks to that barrier that separates you.

Siempre hay que recordar que las experiencias nos ayudan a crecer como persona y en algunas ocasiones evitar todo en la vida no siempre está del todo bien, pero ser masoquista tampoco es una opción, siempre hay que saber cuál es el equilibrio de las cosas, y si de ello te vas a llevar un buen aprendizaje.

You always have to remember that experiences help us grow as a person and sometimes avoiding everything in life is not always entirely right, but being a masochist is not an option either, you always have to know what the balance of things is, and if you are going to take a good learning from it.
