Estos tips te ayudaran a sacar tu muscle up más rápido con 3 ejercicios, ideales para entender mejor el movimiento, y fortalecer tus básicos para pasar al siguiente nivel. Tip #1: Muscle up saltan en paralelas

Tip #1: Muscle-up jumps on parallel bars

El primer Tip es Muscle up saltando en paralelas : Este ejercicios tiene como finalidad a ayudarte a entender mejor el movimiento y de esta forma aprender la técnica más fácil. El procedimiento sería ponerte agachado agarrando la paralela su bir con las piernas tratando de imitar el movimiento, pegando un leve binco y que dar harriba de la barra. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 6 repeticiones de 4 series.

The first tip is a jumping muscle-up on parallel bars: This exercise is designed to help you better understand the movement and thus learn the technique more easily. The procedure would be to crouch down, grab the parallel bar with your legs, try to imitate the movement, do a slight jump, and pull yourself up onto the bar. In this exercise, we will do 6 repetitions of 4 sets.

Tip #2: Muscle up saltando en barra bajá

Tip #2: Muscle up by jumping on a low bar

Nuestro segundo Tip es Muscle up saltando en barra bajá: Ahora con éste Tip entenderemos mejor el ejercicio con esta progreción más avanzada, al ser más difícil se te ara mas complicado pero cuando lo domines se te ara más fácil conseguir el Muscle up. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 6 repeticiones de 4 series.

Our second tip is the jumping muscle-up on a low bar: This tip will give you a better understanding of the exercise with this more advanced progression. As it is more difficult, you will find it harder, but once you master it, you will find it easier to do the muscle-up. In this exercise, we will be doing 6 repetitions of 4 sets.

Tip #3: Dominadas altas

Nuestro tercer son dominadas altas: consiste en elevar el cuerpo mucho más allá de la barbilla, con el objetivo de llevar la barra a la altura del pecho, los abdominales o incluso la cintura. Este ejercicio involucra principalmente los músculos del tren superior, incluyendo la espalda, los hombros y los brazos, a la vez que requiere estabilización del core, este ejercicio tiene como fin ayudar en la explosividad a la hora de hacer un Muscle up. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 repeticiones de 3 series.

Our third exercise is high pull-ups: this involves raising the body well above the chin, with the aim of bringing the bar to chest, abdominal, or even waist height. This exercise mainly involves the upper body muscles, including the back, shoulders, and arms, while also requiring core stabilization. The purpose of this exercise is to help with explosiveness when doing a muscle-up. In this exercise, we will do 5 repetitions of 3 sets.

Nuestro cuarto y último Tip son los Dips: Los dos trabaja principalmente el pecho, los hombros y los tríceps, al mismo tiempo que activa varios grupos musculares estabilizadores, como tu core. A la par te ayuda aumentar tu fuerza al momento de la transacción en la barra. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 12 repeticiones de 3 series.

Our fourth and final tip is dips: Both mainly work the chest, shoulders, and triceps, while also activating several stabilizing muscle groups, such as your core. At the same time, they help you increase your strength when transitioning to the bar. In this exercise, we will be doing 12 repetitions of 3 sets.
