Comenzaremos lavando y picando las hortalizas en juliana, picaremos el perejil menudo y lo reservaremos, luego lavaremos los trozos de pescado de su preferencia, yo utilizare tres.

Calentaremos el sartén y le pondremos un poco de mantequilla, trituraremos varios dientes de ajo y lo pondremos con la mantequilla luego pondremos el pescado para que dore un poco por ambos lados, pondremos todos los vegetales sobre el pescado, tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio durante veinte minutos.

Pasado el tiempo pondremos el pescado sobre los vegetales, tapamos y cocinamos a fuego bajo durante 10 minutos. Y ya lo tendremos listo, retiramos del fuego, le agregamos el perejil, tapamos y dejamos reposar unos cinco minutos.

Para servirlo, lo acompañamos con un rico arroz, pondremos una cama de los vegetales y sobre este el pescado, agregamos un poco más de perejil y….. Buen provecho.
