Sentirse demasiado cómodo debilita nuestras habilidades en todos los sentidos: físicas, mentales, emocionales y sociales. Se podría describir la zona de confort como estar dentro de una burbuja y llevar al mismo tiempo anteojeras. La causa principal de mantenernos en la zona de confort es el miedo, no con esto quiero decir que no es normal tener miedo, los seres vivos nacemos con eso, es como una especie de autodefensa porque uno de los propósitos de la vida es mantenernos con vida, pero irónicamente una persona que está dentro de su zona de confort vive, pero no vive plenamente. Debemos desarrollar habilidades que nos permitan salir de la negación y dejar de mentirnos a nosotros mismos solo para estar en esa burbuja, quizás suena fuerte para ti que estas leyendo, lo mismo me pasaba a mí hace algunos años en ese tiempo en el que estaba en la burbuja y que desconocía que era capaz de hacer muchas cosas e incluso de escribir un blog como éste y todo por la causa que les mencioné anteriormente, sí...el miedo. No sentirnos plenos en nuestra vida y eso abarca desde no atreverse a tener una relación de pareja hasta, no atreverse a tener el negocio que tanto quieres, en fin todas esas cosas que hacen que la vida valga la pena y sea más satisfactoria para ti. ¿Que hacer?. • Lo primero es reconocer que estás dentro de la zona de confort. • Debemos aprender a dominar nuestro diálogo interno, convencernos a nosotros mismos que vamos lograr tener cierta vida o cierto estilo de vida. • Debemos dejar de hacer lo que hacemos y cambiarlo por nuevos hábitos. Por ejemplo: Quiero leer un libro a la semana, pero no quiero dejar de ver series o películas más de 12 horas al día, todos los días, más que un quiero debe ser un deseo, porque el deseo mueve más a las personas. • Todos los días debemos hacer algo que nos haga salir de la zona de confort, dejemos de comprar la comodidad que nos venden, que la incomodidad sea parte de nuestra vida y por muy pequeño que sea ese esfuerzo es algo que a largo plazo te va a brindar sus frutos. • La mayoría de las veces nos ponemos limites nosotros mismos o a veces factores externos. Debes tener presente que si quieres romper la burbuja y salir de tu zona de confort. Debes creer que sí es posible, convencerte a tí mismo que si es posible e ignorar todo aquello que intente limitarte. • A veces nos rodeamos con personas que nos influyen, pues sí, los seres humanos somos muy influenciables y adoptamos actitudes de las personas que están a nuestro alrededor y debemos tener presente ésto, ya que también puedes toparte en la vida con personas que no suman y por el hecho de que ellos no quieran salir de la zona de confort, no querrán que tu salgas tampoco de ahí, les parecerá descabellado. ![png_20220811_215857_0000.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/eduym/23zGYRauudvZX5hcHE2EJSDzxaGRSwHNupDK3m6EFkbZHcHE5LFnDHgdiuGJ91ZrKhkhR.png) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Y para culminar, no te diré que es fácil, pues no lo será, pero no imposible, debemos aceptar que la vida es difícil y de alguna manera ésto nos fortalece y nos permitirá mirar más allá de lo que vemos, creer más de lo que creemos, ser más capaces de lo que creemos que somos, no descansar hasta alcanzar nuestro mayor potencial. Transformemos nuestra vida, entrenando nuestra mente, sumando constantemente hábitos y actitudes que nos permitan salir de nuestra burbuja y de encontrar nuestro verdadero ser. También debemos ser conscientes que nuestros fracasos forman parte del éxito, así que no tengamos miedo a que ésto nos pase. The main cause of staying in the comfort zone is fear, not by this I mean that it is not normal to be afraid, living beings are born with that, it is like a kind of self-defense because one of the purposes of life is to keep us alive, but ironically a person who is within his comfort zone lives, but does not live fully. We must develop skills that allow us to get out of denial and stop lying to ourselves just to be in that bubble, maybe it sounds strong for you who are reading, the same thing happened to me some years ago in that time when I was in the bubble and I did not know that I was able to do many things and even to write a blog like this and all because of the cause I mentioned above, yes...fear.
