Las papas y las zanahorias, las corto en cuadritos, para luego montarlas en una olla con agua hirviendo para que se ablanden.

Colocamos las papas cortadas en una olla con agua hirviendo y las zanahorias en otra olla hirviendo y debemos estar pendiente que no se pasen de cocción.
