Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi receta de Torta negra navideña al estilo Venezolano. La torta negra es bien conocida por solo ser preparada en épocas decembrinas, por espléndido sabor añejo de macerado de los frutos con el licor, y por su color obscuro, negro y chocolatoso, el secreto de ésta torta, o por lo menos el mío es un buen macerado y la cantidad de tiempo que se deje, el mío estuvo 2 meses en la nevera macerado a la espera de ser preparado. >Hello friends, I come here to show you my small business called Divino Paladar, where I make different products of Venezuelan and international cuisine. Today I want to share with you my recipe for Christmas black cake Venezuelan style. >The black cake is well known for only being prepared at Christmas time, for its splendid aged flavor of macerated fruits with liquor, and for its dark, black and chocolaty color, the secret of this cake, or at least mine is a good maceration and the amount of time left, mine was 2 months in the fridge macerated waiting to be prepared.

📌 Ingredientes para el macerado:

1/2 Lt de licor (Ron,Whiskey o Brandy). 100gr de pasas. 100gr de frutas confitadas. 200gr de frutos secos surtidos.

📌 Ingredientes para la torta:

400gr de harina de trigo leudante. 200gr de mantequilla. 300gr de azúcar. 3 huevos. 50gr de cacao. 1cd de canela. 1cdita de clavitos de olor (en polvo). 2 cd de vainilla 50gr de gotas de chocolate. 1cda polvo de hornear. 1cdita de Maizena. >📌 **Ingredients for the macerate:** 1/2 Lt of liquor (Rum,Whiskey or Brandy). 100gr of raisins. 100gr of candied fruits. 200gr of assorted dried fruits. >📌 **Ingredients for the cake:** 400gr leavening wheat flour. 200gr butter. 300gr sugar. 3 eggs. 50gr cocoa. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of cloves (powdered). 2 tsp vanilla 50gr chocolate drops. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1 tsp cornstarch. ![img_0.9509183044545748.jpg](https://images.ecency.com/DQmWBWq6xBBWXgcuHnQanfjrnkt6N48GLVhkLwH6E455Puh/img_0.9509183044545748.jpg)

📌 Preparación del macerado:

bien todo y reservar. >🎄 Add the cocoa, the cloves, the cinnamon and mix everything very well and set aside. con una paleta de madera hasta cremar la mantequilla (sabrás que ya está listo, porque la mantequilla perderá su color amarillento y pasará a uno blanquesino y cremoso). >🎄 In a large bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat with a wooden paddle until the butter is creamed (you will know it is ready, because the butter will lose its yellowish color and turn to a whitish and creamy one). las cucharadas de vainilla e integra bien. >🎄 Add the tablespoons of vanilla and integrate well. cacao, canela y calvos), y batir bien con la ayudar de un batidor de globo. >🎄 Add half of the dry ingredients to the mixture (flour, cocoa, cinnamon and bald), and beat well with the help of a secos previamente macerados, y los volcamos en la harina especiada y revolvemos, hasta que queden totalmente cubiertas en harina, (ésto es para que los frutos se integren equitativamente a la mezcla y evitar que cuando se horneen se vayan al fondo de la tortera). >🎄The other half of flour we are going to add the dried fruits previously macerated, and we pour them into the spiced flour and stir, until they are completely coated in flour, (this is so that the fruits are integrated evenly to the mixture and avoid that when baking they go to the bottom of the pan). revolvemos hasta integrar completamente, para evitar grumos. >🎄 Then, add the flour mixture with nuts and stir until completely integrated, to avoid lumps. revolvemos. >🎄 Finally, add the tablespoon of cornstarch and baking powder and stir. en mi caso agregamos la mezcla en las bandejas de nuestro mayor agrado (en éste caso bandejas de aluminio, que son más prácticas para la venta). >🎄 Serve in a floured pan, or as in my case we add the mixture in the trays of our liking (in this case aluminum trays, which are more practical for sale). 35min en el horno, porque son menos cantidad de mezcla). >🎄 Bake at 180°c for 1 hour and 15min, (my trays lasted only 35min in the oven, because they are less amount of mixture). 🎄 Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente y decorar a tu gusto, yo las decore con un glaseado real, cerezas marroquí, nueces, maní y gotas de chocolate, reserva en la nevera por al menos 4hrs y lista para comer. >🎄 Let cool at room temperature and decorate to your liking, I decorate them with royal icing, Moroccan cherries, nuts, peanuts and chocolate drops, reserve in the fridge for at least 4hrs and ready to eat.
