Comenzamos con: __El Yoga Facial__ Creo que muchos son los que conocen el yoga convencional, pero rara vez se habla del yoga facial como una práctica diaria. Y es que en el mundo holístico del bienestar y belleza tenemos de todo, los enfoques nuevos están ganando cada vez más y más terreno. Se que en este punto estas algo confundido y te preguntarás *¿Qué es el yoga facial?*, y bueno, tomando en cuenta lo que nuestra facilitadora nos informó, no es más que una serie de ejercicios que se centran en los músculos de la cara y el cuello, donde se combinan masajes y tonificación ya que uno depende del otro para la efectividad de la práctica. Si te animas a practicarlo podrás fortalecer, tonificar y relajar los músculos de la cara y cuello, y al mismo tiempo mejoras tu circulación sanguínea, colágeno y si eres constante reducirías las arrugas y flacidez.

En este encuentro pudimos hacer ejercicios básicos como lo fueron: 1️⃣La Sorpresa Consistía en inhalar aire mientras abres los ojos a todo lo que dan mientras se levantan las cejas por 3 segundos, relajas los ojos al exhalar y repites el mismo procedimiento por 15 veces. 2️⃣El moldeador de mejillas Aquí nos tocó aspirar las mejillas hasta que estuvieran bien chupadas al inhalar, manteniendo esa posición por 10 segundos y relajando después al exhalar. Este ejercicio se repite 15 veces. 3️⃣La Sonrisa Zen Consiste en hacer una sonrisa exagerada por 15 segundos, y luego relajas exhalando aire. Este ejercicio se repite 15 veces.
