In my neighborhood, a friendly man named Mr. Upendra Kumar Gupta a 35-year-old man Street vendor, who runs a yummy panipuri stall. I often visit his stall, but lately, I noticed something worrying - his teeth didn't look good because he used to chew a lot of tobacco and gutka. One day, I talked to him About his teeth. He told me he wanted to stop but found it hard. I decided to help him. Instead of taking money from him, I just asked him to @Quit Tobacco and then move on to cleaning the teeth. Case Study:

Mr. Upendra K. Gupta ,struggled with tobacco use and its effects on his teeth as well as gingival health. he came to me with poor oral hygiene and mobile teeth due to the damage caused by tobacco chewing. When we looked at his teeth, we saw a lot of Calculus, swollen gingiva and also bleeding gums. Treatment Plan:

To help Mr. Gupta, we planned to stop the habit of chewing tobacco which was severely affecting his oral as well as his mental health. Firstly We focused on cleaning his teeth thoroughly, by doing Scaling and root planing (SRP) and restoring the health of his teeth. We also made him know the consequences of developing @Precancerous conditions and lesions due to long-term use

Procedure:

We started by carefully cleaning Mr. Gupta's teeth, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. First, we removed the hard plaque and tartar. Results

After completing his treatment, Mr. Gupta's smile underwent a remarkable transformation. His teeth were cleaner, healthier, and free from the stains and damage caused by tobacco use.
