Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and Bitcoin's Satoshi: Prometheus figures of our time. Prometheus gave fire to the mortals and invoked the immortals' relentless wrath, Wikileaks gave us the truth- Hillary Clinton's real leaked emails, which included her personal schedule. She meets with members of the Rockefeller family, responds to "Lady Rothschild" in a manner that feels like a groveling scene out of Game of Thrones to me (when, to nearly everyone else, she replies with terse simple replies such as her favored "Pls print").

Her emails also appear to reveal a longtime Clinton staffer ghostwriting a bizarre article meant for mainstream publication where he is going out of his way to mock and downplay the notion that a handful of ruling families - namely, the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds - have undue influence over US politics & foreign policy. A weird notion to further, in my view, when Hillary's personal schedule shows those very names given prominent face time with the failed US presidential candidate.

Separately, aside from Wikileaks revelations of global ruling banker family closeness with the Clinton campaign specifically, a New York Times article which came out before the election reported that "Lady Rothschild" hosted an elite $100,000 per plate fundraiser for ailing Hillary Clinton's campaign. A surprisingly sharp body blow to the secrecy of the Rothschild clan from the uber-establishment Times. More on that in a minute.

A cache of emails released by Wikileaks after Hillary's emails were those of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, her reported preferred pick for US Secretary of State should she have won, and a longtime Clinton insider--Podesta served as White House Chief of Staff under Bill Clinton's administration. These emails produced even more damaging revelations than Hillary's meeting calendar. According to an emergent decentralized community of researchers focused on the Podesta email cache, Podesta and some of his elite Beltway colleagues were using a bizarre food-based code language - involving terms like "pizza," "hotdog stand," and "walnut sauce" - in an incongruous fashion allegedly indicative of code language. Around the time speculation about the code language was heating up because Internet researchers concluded the terms were references to child abuse and underage sex trafficking, Wikileaks in the midst of its release of the Podesta cache also tweeted out a link to a declassified F.B.I. document packet from 2007 outlining how to spot the signs of child predators. As Wikileaks is not known to tweet out scatterbrained, irrelevant links in the midst of an important release like the Podesta emails, some researchers drew the conclusion this was Wikileaks staff or Assange himself tipping their hand to the fact that, yes, the code language deployed by John Podesta is significant - and significant to the swamp drain in process even now.

Bitcoin as liberation technology, media powerless to stop it: Trump's decimation of the media's credibility has proven effective. Their cries against Bitcoin when the next rally hits somewhere, for some reason, will not be heard by the public. We do not trust them any more.

In only eight years since its launch by pseudonymous creator Satoshi Nakamoto - already a name of legend in computer science circles - Bitcoin has taken the world by storm, going from an initial non-economic value of $0 or close to $0 when launched to an eventual approx. $28 billion market capitalization (of all bitcoins in circulation) as of earlier today.

From non-economic to abundantly economic. From science fiction to on every street corner one day sooner than you think, perhaps.

To back track for a second, how is a secretive family of jetsetting multigenerational banking heirs able to bankroll a Clinton presidential campaign with ease, and host a $100k per plate dinner... and why is it that The Economist - a wildly anti-Trump and pro-Clinton publication throughout the campaign season - is published by none other than "Lady Rothschild"?

Why is it that one of The New York Times' largest investors is Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim? Why is it that The Washington Post has morphed into an anti-Trump shrill rag since its acquisition by alleged globalist and known billionaire Jeff Bezos?

Why do these handful of people and families continue to have undue influence over our political system - and why do they have the luxury of broadcasting their T.V. channels and publishing their magazines, often at a loss, seemingly to attack political opponents and prop up favored prospective leaders?

Well, in large part, the answer is that this modern near serfdom occurs because these handful of people have accumulated so many of the rectangles of paper our species covets.

But here's the thing, and this is what the elites know, too. This is why they know their days are numbered.

Humans only enter into currency networks - gold, silver, sea shells, US dollars, Chinese yuan, Bitcoin, what have you - when they feel there is a self-benefit to doing so. Currency is a mutual survival network, not a volunteer project.

It's becoming readily apparent to even not particularly gifted people that the rectangles of paper the ruling families replaced our gold and silver with are highly inefficient, failed social experiments. A disastrously cruel experiment in social engineering which has made the rich richer and the poor often poorer. See: Venezuela.

Bitcoin offers modern civilization - the Internet generation(s) - a unique way out. How many of us will choose the Bitcoin path? I don't know, and gold still remains attractive, in my humble opinion, because it relies on physical rarity rather than computer code enforced rarity... yet, gold can't be password protected, and you can't load $50 million of gold onto a smartphone with the scan of a QR code, as you could hypothetically very easily do with $50 million of bitcoins. Gold is constrained by physics, Bitcoin is constrained by the Internet with a decentralized network of nodes validating - or "mining" - transactions and keeping the ledger of all past transaction values updated.

The level of public disgust likely ahead as a result of Wikileaks' release of Hillary's emails, and her campaign chairman's emails, may be significant. In this instance, I could see a scenario where a growingly aware public - aware these ruling banker families are mathematical reality, rather than "conspiracy theory" - might en masse adopt Bitcoin and related cryptocurrency technologies as a means of decoupling from a system that is corrupt and frankly very disgusting.

Even if you don't believe the code language in John Podesta's email cache is itself significant, the level of corruption and media collusion suggested in other emails is still enough to set the political-media class back by decades.

This sudden loss of faith in the establishment, already underway with the media's credibility implosion as they attempted to undermine an incoming US President and failed to do so, may lead to a mass exodus into agnostic money technologies like Bitcoin and gold.

Currency is the ultimate Schelling point, and only a Schelling point or two will break our herd fully free from legacy banker families... who are the wolves among the sheep, so to speak.

It would be a legal, non-violent, and potentially very lucrative way of telling the elites - those who treat our media outlets as vanity project rags, and our politicians as loss leader pawns, and our society's children as "entertainment" - they have outstayed their welcome, and it's high time for them to pack up their paper rectangle boiler rooms. There's a new Sheriff in town, his name is Satoshi Nakamoto, and his invention will change the money game in a way that leaves the wrinkly Rothschild clan fleeing for cover.

And although I love some of the newer blockchain-based projects that have come out, keep in mind that gold does not do everything. It stays rare. And it stays gold; it stays readily discernible and fungible. It does not decay. That's it. Bitcoin mimics all of those qualities, whereas a more complex system necessarily introduces larger mathematical unknowns - a newer system with more bells and whistles is always, by definition within our linear reality, going to be less "time-tested" than Bitcoin.

And when Bitcoin/other cryptocurrency projects get so big that even lazy, slow-moving banks can't help but dip deep into the crypto trough for (presumably) easy profits, that's when being the oldest crypto asset, the most well known, the most watched by crypto engineers and "the crypto community" (whoever that is nowadays)... and one that is unequivocally capped... all might make Bitcoin the least terrifying option on the menu for banks when they take their inevitable leap into our waters.
