Hi, how about my STEEMIT people. Welcome to a new publication, on this occasion I wanted to share a little piece of the plain with you, where you are told how it is a day in the countryside, where we have a small farm, located in Calabozo, Francisco de Miranda Municipality, Guàrico State, lands suitable for livestock, rice planting, corn, beans, cassava, plantain, banana, chili, among others.

Hola, qué tal mi gente de STEEMIT. Bienvenidos a una nueva publicación, quise en esta ocasión compartir un pedacito del llano con ustedes, donde les relataré como es un día en el campo, en el cual tenemos un pequeño fundo, ubicado en Calabozo, Municipio Francisco de Miranda, Estado Guàrico, tierras aptas para ganadería, siembra de arroz, maíz, frijol, yuca, topocho, plátano, cambur, ají, entre otros.

Thus begins the day, as usual in the plain, we always get up at 4 in the morning to start the day, where good coffee is never lacking.

Así comienza el día, como es costumbre en el llano siempre nos levantamos a las 4 de la mañana para empezar con la jornada del día, donde nunca puede faltar un buen café.

En we go to the corral, where we milk the cows to obtain the milk and then make the handmade cheese. Although milking was not carried out for this day because the cattle were newly vaccinated, in this area it is customary to wait for a period of 15 days after the vaccine where the consumption of dairy and meat should be withdrawn, as precautionary measures to avoid adverse reactions from the consumer, in addition to the stress that can increase in animals. I promise that soon I will show you what the process of milking and manufacturing of artisanal cheese is like.

Luego nos vamos para el corral, donde ordeñamos las vacas para la obtención de la leche y posteriormente fabricar el queso artesanal. Aunque para este día no se realizó el ordeño porque el ganado estaba recién vacunado, en esta zona se tiene acostumbrado esperar un lapso de 15 días posterior a la vacuna en donde se debe retirar el consumo de los lácteos y carne, como medidas de precaución para evitar reacciones adversas por parte del consumidor, además del estrés que puede aumentar en los animales. Prometo que próximamente les mostraré como es el proceso de ordeño y fabricación del queso artesanal.

Some cows when they give birth, it is necessary to separate them from the rest of the cattle for safety reasons, since they are generally more aggressive, which they do by instinctively protecting the young. After the cows breastfeed the calves, we stimulate the animals with voices, spurs or blows to eat grass.

Algunas vacas cuando están recién paridas, es necesario apartarlas del resto del ganado por motivos de seguridad ya que suelen ser más agresivas, lo cual hacen instintivamente protegiendo la cría. Después de que las vacas amamantan a los becerros, estimulamos a los animales con la voz, la espuela o a golpes para que anden o aviven el paso, o como se dice por aquí, arreamos el ganado para que vayan a comer pasto.

10 hectares that we sow with a lot of sacrifice, it should be noted that the harvest of this item will serve not only for our consumption, but also for animals (cattle, horses, chickens, ducks and pigs).

10 hectáreas que sembramos con mucho sacrificio, cabe señalar que la cosecha de este artículo servirá no solo para nuestro consumo, sino también para animales (ganado, caballos, pollos, patos y cerdos).

Como dije anteriormente, esta es una de las formas en que el ganado disfruta del maíz, aquí no se desperdicia nada.

Lunch time arrives and we enjoy a good duck stew, natural and fresh meat! Then we rest for a while, folks this is very satisfying!

In the afternoon we look for the cattle so that the cows breastfeed the calves for the second time, which guarantees their good development, it should be taken into account that when they are milked in the morning, the cows breastfeed only in the afternoon, obviously complementing the diet.

Al atardecer buscamos el ganado para que las vacas amamanten a los becerros por segunda vez, eso asegura el buen desarrollo de los mismos, cabe resaltar que cuando se ordeña en la mañana, los becerros son amamantados sólo por la tarde, obviamente complementando la dieta con alimento.

It is dark and it is time to listen to the stories, experiences and legends of the most experienced, in those days that I am in the field I enjoy a lot since I like to share with humble, hardworking people, of good principles and values. Está oscuro y es hora de escuchar las historias, experiencias y leyendas de los más experimentados, en esos días que estoy en el campo disfruto mucho ya que me gusta compartir con gente humilde, trabajadora, de buenos principios y valores. . Que actualmente están perdidos en la sociedad, cuando voy al campo siento que regreso al pasado y me alejo de Internet, la televisión, por supuesto no tenemos electricidad, pero en realidad eso no es todo en la vida, saludos desde Venezuela, un abrazo y gracias por leer!
