Today I quit my job. I was so nervous. I worried. What will they say? Is this really the right thing to do? And now I can breathe, and I can be, and I can sit here with my morning coffee and have an open mind about what will come next. Most importantly I now get to be there for my children for 100%. And my husband not the least. He has wanted to start trading crypto currencies full time and now this time is his. And I can start ironing his shirts again, if he is lucky.

I will give you a little bit more of a background story. I had a fairly regular childhood in a small town in the Netherlands. I was raised to do things normal and properly and breezed through high school and then university. After finishing university I started my first job. Because that is what you are supposed to do, right? At least that is the world I grew up in. I worked this office job for a few years to constantly find myself dreaming of countries I wanted to explore and experiences I was longing to have. My days and nights were filled with dreams of exotic places. So one day I broke up with my boyfriend, I quit my job, left my house and within no time I was on a plane. I started in Thailand and traveled around Asia, Australia and even Canada for a while. Somewhere along the way I met my husband. (I will write more on our family story very soon!)

Last year we were living in Australia and our visa was up so we decided to move to the Netherlands. We figured now we have children its smart to be close to family for love and support and we should probably start to live life 'normal' so we can give our children a good home and they can go to school here etc.

I got a job, my husband stayed at home with the children and we all started feeling more miserable every day. This is not our life! This is not going to make us happy and so it won't work for the children either.

Today is a new start. Our life. Where we will go or what we will do exactly I don't know. But we do know for sure now this won't work for us. We want to live free.

I find a lot of life inspiration on Steemit. So I will read and write even more to get this fire in me going good.
