Buen día, quiero compartir esta receta perfecta para picar o para una merienda, están riquísimos y son muy fáciles de preparar. Además, el relleno se puede variar al gusto, quesos variados,carnes, entre otros. Aunque también puedes prepararlos con chocolate, manzana, frutos secos.

Usar un recipiente amplio y hondo para hacer la masa que vamos a utilizar. Agregar la harina de trigo y hacer un agujero en el centro, a modo de volcán, en donde se introducirán el resto de los ingredientes. Primero agregar el polvo de hornear, después la sal, un huevo y la azúcar.

Trabajar la masa con una cuchara removiendo los ingredientes, posteriormente utilizar las manos, amasar hasta que esté bien compacta y homogénea. Luego dejar reposar por 15 minutos.

Espolvorear ligeramente la superficie de trabajo y con ayuda de un rodillo, estirar la masa hasta dejarla no muy fina. Luego agregar una cuchara de mantequilla y esparcirla por la masa hasta que esté cubierta.

Para cortar la masa pasamos un hilo de Nylon debajo del rollo a unos dos centimetros del borde, levantamos el hilo y cruzamos sobre el rollo estirando fuerte para cortar un rollito. Repetimos la operación. Después mezclar la clara de un huevo con una cuchara de papelón, luego utilizar la mezcla para barnizar los rollitos.
