My #play2earn journey on #Splinterlands have been life-changing.

Sunday 28th February 2021. I’m stuck at home. My country is in COVID19 lock-down again. This was when I stumbled upon Splinterlands.

I was hesitant at first, what more I need to buy the Spellbook to play, since it's not free!!, and I was not big fan card games. Anyway I've decided to gave Splinterlands a try and bought my Spellbook and start playing. This was my best USD10 investment ever!

As days goes by I will play Splinterlands at least twice a day, doing daily Quest and enjoying the fun of collecting DEC and opening chest as a noob.

My interest in Splinterlands grew. This is not some dumb card games after all! There are elements of strategy and action. I just loved the joy of opening the pack and chest. I just got addicted to Splinterlands and most importantly having fun.

I bought 5 lands for USD10 each, and bought like USD250 worth of UNTAMED and DICE packs. I remembered celebrating whenever gold or legendary cards came in pack openings.

Fast forward to August 2021, Splinterlands explodes. It just went to the moon. NFT awareness, and the success of games like Axie Infinity attracted more players to Splinterlands. I am now a play2earn player on Splinterlands. Splinterlands is now part of my fun daily routine. My investment in March of USD250 plus USD50 of Lands is have almost 30X.
