Actualmente debido a la cantidad de adversidades que debemos afrontar con el pasar de los días reflejado en situaciones difíciles, es totalmente normal que te sientas mal, que estés triste y en algunas ocasiones necesites llorar y desahogarte de esta manera. Lo que no debes permitir es que ese sentimiento o tristeza se quede a vivir contigo, ocasionando otros problemas e interrumpiendo tu calidad de vida.

Nos permiten tener un equilibrio ayudando a nuestro bienestar es muy importante que las identifiques correctamente, estas son la alegría, la tristeza, la ira, el miedo, el asco y una que aumentan nuestra felicidad la sorpresa.

Esto se presenta cuando el nivel de exigencia en tus actividades es mayor o aumenta considerablemente, al cual no puedes hacerle frente debido a que superan tu nivel de capacidad para resolverlas, ya que no puedes hacer mil cosas tu solo, y menos en un solo día, ni debes permitir que tu cantidad de tareas diarias absorban más de su horario establecido, o el tiempo que sueles compartir con los seres que amas. El estrés provoca que estés alterado, mal humorado, te afecta a nivel psicológico y suele ocasionar fuertes dolores de cabeza y cuello es una enfermedad, que provoca estar mal debido a la cantidad de pensamientos al querer solventar todo tu solo y de manera brusca que no te permiten ni descansar presta mucha atención a las alertas que te envía tu cuerpo.

La salud del sueño es muy importante para nuestro cuerpo ya que este necesita descansar como mínimo 7 horas, actualmente es alta la población que no logra conciliar el sueño correctamente en ella me incluyo, es por esto que traigo estas recomendaciones, a mí me han ayudado mucho.

El consumo de comida pesadas cercanas a la hora de ir a dormir suelen dificultar la conciliación del sueño, ya que estas ocasionan indigestión durante la noche. Por ello es recomendable consumir alimentos más ligeros antes la hora de dormir entre ellos pueden ser pollo, atún, huevos entre otros.

Los beneficios de realizar actividad física son muchos desde mejorar tu calidad de vida hasta obtener más energía y sentirte activo durante el día, liberando estrés y todas las energías que no necesitas gracias a el entrenamiento, esto abarca desde salir a correr hasta realizar una serie de cada ejercicio en un gimnasio lo cual es muy bueno porque es otro ambiente para compartir y hacer nuevos amigos, también puedes entrenar en casa como desees. Así que olvida el sedentarismo te recomiendo no realizar actividad física cerca a la hora de dormir, entrena durante la mañana o en la tarde os luego les facilito mi rutina de entrenamiento sin necesidad de ir al gimnasio.

Consumir alimentos un poco más saludables te ayuda a mejorar tu calidad de vida y a liberar toxinas que no necesita tu cuerpo por ende al mismo tiempo que cuidas de tu cuerpo y organismo mejoras tu salud, para esto no es necesario realizar dietas estrictas ni cohibirte de consumir más nunca ciertas comidas, solo cuídate cinco días a la semana bajando el exceso de azúcar, comidas procesadas como embutidos, carnes procesadas y aceites con grasas Trans.

Disfrutar y vivir en el presente, un día a la vez compartiendo con los seres que amamos, aprender y aceptar nuestra desilusiones por más fuertes y difícil que parezcan buscar ayuda profesional si la situación lo requiere, mejorar nuestras relaciones de trabajo y amistades dedicarle tiempo a todos quienes nos necesitan y cuentan con nosotros siempre y cuando no afectemos nuestra estabilidad y felicidad que es nuestra meta primordial, no colapses de trabajo conoce tu propio limite y no lleves trabajo a la casa son herramientas que te ayudaran a controlar el estrés, es normal a traversa situaciones complicadas sin embargo controla tus emociones nuca pierdas la fe y tu espiritualidad, eres impredecible encontraras las soluciones adecuadas en el momento correcto, no presiones nada, no te compares con nadie, y tu proceso es diferente al resto. Apoya y apóyate en tus amigos, familiares, disfruta relájate conoce nuevas personas y ríe en todo momento.
