I am 25 years old and since I was very young I have always been passionate about martial arts, since I have memories my dad always wanted to teach me to defend, to hit and kick like Van Damme, his favorite actor of the time. My first fight was at age 11 and from there I realized that my thing was to fight. Dad was the one who instilled in me the love of contact sports, I used to stay up late with him in my living room waiting for 12 at night to see "The Ultimate Fighter" or some Oscar de la Hoya fight.

Today I am a trainer and physical trainer, with my knowledge I train athletes who are fighters of MMA in my country, I know that I am still very young but all of us who have been in these sports know that experience is everything and that's what I'm looking for now, it is worth mentioning that I had a couple of MMA fights amateur a few years ago in which I did not perform poorly, but I really like my nose and the kicks to the head hurt a lot, I am not saying that I would not like to return but a couple of injuries have slowed me down, as we already know these sports are high risk and pay somewhat thankless.

You will soon see me around here sharing my analysis on promoters' fights like UFC, Bellator and One , in turn I will give you training tips and share with you the knowledge that I have been acquiring as a trainer Physics, in a simple way so that you can easily understand this wonderful world of martial arts.

As I mentioned before, this happened when I was 11 years old, I was in my first year of high school. Let's say that I was a girl a little different from the rest, I was a metal girl with long hair, wide pants, chains and under the uniform a black sweatshirt that had the logo of some band, and that did not like the other girls, for them I ate cat and made pacts with the devil, nothing further from reality, but that is not the issue.

One day after seeing an art class, a gossip reaches my ears, there would be a fight after the class ended, the dispute was between a girl from my class who I knew very little and a girl from another high school, the girl in my living room was quite calm and the other girl she would face had even a nickname ganster that I don't remember now but we will call her Rugal, as the most villainous villain of The King of Fighters (scary hahaha).
When leaving class all the classmates went to see our "friend" fight, you know the curiosity, when we arrived at the agreed place it was easy to realize that my classmate was very scared and she just wanted to talk to fix the misunderstanding that was between them but Rugal did not want to talk, I wanted to fight, so I spoke to the only friend I had at the time but who was from a different classroom than mine and I said:

-Why doesn't Daisy defend herself against Rugal? she hits her and she doesn't defend herself. -Well, why don't you get involved? -That's not my problem.

After a couple of slaps and scratches to the face by Rugal to Deisy, who was crying asking her not to hit her anymore, I couldn't stand idly by and I decided Bravely (bullsh** t was dying of fear) tell her that if she wanted to fight then she would fight with me. I gave my friend my stuff, and I tied my hair, I liked having it loose as a good rocker.

-So Rugal , if you want to fight someone, fight with me- to which Rugal answers - Are you going to fight for her ?. -Yes.

Around us the typical "uuhhhhh" was heard from high school, that's when I raised my guard, my dad always told me not to grab by the hair and to hit with closed fists. Rugal pounced on me to grab my hair and scratch me, it really all happened very quickly but in the middle of the fight all the techniques taught by my dad came to my mind and although Rugal I would come out of this fight a little rough I ate a couple of punches in my face

The moment she managed to close the distance I could fit a punch, all over her ugly face, with which I could sit her on the ground, but as a good ganster she was accompanied by her friends who Seeing her lying on the ground, they came together to hit me and kick me, while I fell from the blows that her accomplices gave me, I put myself in a fetal position to protect me while everyone saw and I thought:

- Hello God, I'm me again ... that's all, they are going to kill me- out of nowhere came a boy much older than us, about 17 years old, he took them off me saying: - Don't mess, they fight without anyone's help and whoever gets in will hit him.

While I was getting up from the ground, I could not believe that he saved me, but the work was not done yet, everyone saw me amazed because a strange girl got into a fight that was not his and by the way was going to continue for the second round (hahaha).

The second round started , again on guard we let loose several blows, some hit the target and others to the air, as a typical street fight everything on the street can happen, throwing a blow I stumbled on the irregular sidewalk and I fell to my knees, opportunity that Rugal did not waste to get a favorable position being able to grab my hair and shake me from side to side but that technique does not do any kind of damage or serious daze, hold him her hands, she had them around my head and with one leg I did a sweep (don't ask me how I managed to do it I just know I did it) falling on her back and me achieving a clean ride, couple of punches later Rugal was already defeated and her lip was slightly split.
No one separated us, I was the one who ran across the street after a neighbor (the high school is super close to my house) told me: "I saw you, I'm going to tell your mom and I'm going to call the police." My neighbor had not finished saying "police" when I was already coming to my house with a swollen eyebrow, a scratched face and a dirty uniform. The next day I was greeted as a heroine in the classroom, I never realized that almost all my classmates were watching the fight. Deisy approached me, thanked me and sat next to me for the next hour, officially introduced herself and introduced me to her other roommates, let's say from that day on we were great friends, inseparable and unconditional, her mother she went to look for her in high school that day, thanked me for defending her daughter the day before and adopting me as a second daughter. A week later I had another much bigger and more serious fight, let's say I gained some fame and the problems were not long in coming but that's for another post

¡Hola queridos usuarios de HIVE! Mi nombre es Carolina soy nueva y estoy aquí para traerles un poco de información y datos sobre los deportes de contacto.

✨ PRIMERO, CONÓCEME UN POCO ✨

Tengo 25 años y desde muy pequeña siempre he sido apasionada por las artes marciales, desde que tengo recuerdos mi papá siempre me quiso enseñar a defender, a golpear y a patear como Van Damme,su actor favorito de la época. Mi primera pelea fue a los 11 años y desde allí me di cuenta que lo mío eran los puños. Papá fue el que me inculcó este amor por los deportes de contacto, solía quedarme despierta hasta tarde con él en la sala de mi casa esperando que fueran las 12 de la noche para que comenzara “The Ultimate Fighter” o alguna pelea de Oscar de la Hoya.

Hoy por hoy soy entrenadora y preparadora física, dentro de mis conocimientos llevo atletas que son peleadores de MMA en mi país, sé que aun soy muy joven pero todos los que hemos estado dentro de estos deportes sabemos que la experiencia lo es todo y es lo que estoy buscando ahora, vale acotar que tuve un par de peleas de MMA amateur hace unos años en las cuales no tuve mal desempeño, solo que me gusta mucho mi nariz y las patadas a la cabeza duelen un montón, no digo que no me gustaría regresar pero un par de lesiones me han frenado, ya que como todos saben estos deportes son de alto riesgo y la paga algo ingrata.

Pronto me verán por aquí compartiendo mis análisis de combates de promotoras como UFC, Bellator y One, a su vez les daré tips de entrenamiento y compartiré con ustedes los conocimientos que he ido adquiriendo como preparadora física, de una manera sencilla para que puedan entender fácilmente este maravilloso mundo de las artes marciales.

PD: Posiblemente termine hablando de otras cosas, como nutrición y fitness competitivo pero eso lo haré en colaboración con amistades que están más envueltas en estos temas.

😇MI PRIMERA PELEA😇

Cómo les había comentado anteriormente, esto ocurrió cuando tenía 11 años, estaba cursando primer año de secundaria. Digamos que era una chica un poco diferente al resto, era metalera de cabello largo y liso, pantalones anchos, cadenas y debajo del uniforme una sudadera negra que tuviera el logo de alguna banda y eso no le gustaba a las demás chicas, para ellas yo comía gato y hacía pactos con el diablo, nada más alejado de la realidad, pero ese no es el tema.

Un día cualquiera luego de ver una clase de arte llega a mis oídos el chisme de que habría una pelea luego de salir de clases, la disputa era entre una chica de mi curso la cual conocía muy poco y una chica de otra secundaria, la chica de mi salón era bastante tranquila y la otra chica con la que se enfrentaría tenía hasta un apodo ganster que ahora no recuerdo pero la llamaremos Rugal, como el villano más villano de The King of Fighters (que miedo jajaja).
Al salir de clases todos los compañeros fuimos a ver a nuestra "amiga" pelear, ustedes saben el morbo, cuando llegamos al lugar acordado fue fácil darme cuenta que mi compañera estaba muy asustada y solo quería hablar para arreglar el malentendido que había entre ellas pero Rugal no quería dialogar, quería pelear, entonces le hable a la única amiga que tenía en ese momento que de paso era de otro salón diferente al mío y le dije:

-¿Por que Deisy no defiende de Rugal? le pega y ella no se defiende. -Bueno, ¿por qué no te metes tú? -Ese no es mi problema.

Después de un par de bofetones y arañazos a la cara por parte de Rugal a Deisy, que le pedía llorando que no le pegara más, no pude quedarme de brazos cruzados y decidí valientemente (mentira me estaba muriendo del miedo) decirle que si ella quería pelear que entonces que peleara conmigo. Le di mi bolso a mi amiga y mis aretes, le quite su coleta y amarre mi cabello, me gustaba tenerlo suelto como buena rockera. -Entonces Rugal, si quieres pelear con alguien pelea conmigo- a lo que Rugal contesta - ¿Te vas a meter por ella?. -Sí.

Alrededor de nosotros solo se escuchó el típico "uuhhhhh" de secundaria, fue entonces cuando me puse en guardia, mi papá siempre me decía que nada de agarrarme por el cabello y que pegara con los puños cerrados. Rugal se abalanzó sobre mí para buscarme el cabello y clavarme las uñas, realmente todo ocurrió muy rápido pero en medio de la pelea venían a mi mente todas las técnicas enseñadas por mi papá y aunque Rugal saldría un poco malparada de esta pelea yo me comí par de puñetazos en la cara por parte de ella

En el momento en que logró cerrar la distancia logré encajar un puñetazo, en toda su fea cara, que logró sentarla en el suelo, pero como buena ganster iba acompañada de sus amiguitos que al verla tirada en el suelo se juntaron para golpearme y darme patadas, mientras yo caía por los golpes que me daban sus cómplices me colocaba en posición fetal para protegerme mientras todos veían y pensé:

-Hola Dios soy yo de nuevo... aquí fue, me van a medio matar- de la nada salió un muchacho mucho mayor que nosotros, de unos 17 años, me quitó a los montoneros de encima diciendo: - No se metan, que ellas peleen sin ayuda de nadie y el que se meta se las ve conmigo.
Mientras me levantaba del suelo, yo no podía creer que me había salvado, pero aún quedaba trabajo por hacer, todos me veían asombrados porque una extraña se metió a pelear una pelea que no era suya y de paso iba a seguir para el segundo round (jajaja).

Empezó el segundo round, de nuevo en guardia nos soltamos varios golpes, algunos atinados y otros al aire, como típica pelea callejera todo en la calle puede suceder, lanzando un volado me tropecé con un muro de la irregular acera y caí de rodillas, oportunidad que no desperdició Rugal para hacerse con una posición favorable pudiendo agarrarme por el cabello y sacudiéndome de lado a otro pero como eso al final no hace ningún tipo de daño ni aturdimiento serio, logré sujetarle las manos ya que las tenia al rededor de mi cabeza y con una pierna le hice un barrido (no me pregunten como logre hacerlo solo sé que lo hice) cayendo ella de espaldas y yo logrando una monta limpia, par de puñetazos después Rugal ya estaba derrotada y con el labio un poco partido.
Nadie no separó, fui yo quien salió corriendo por toda la calle luego de que una vecina (la secundaria queda super cerca de mi casa) me dijera: -Ya te vi, le voy a decir a tu mamá y voy a llamar a la policía-. Mi vecina no había terminado de decir "policía" cuando yo ya estaba llegando a mi casa con una ceja hinchada, la cara rasguñada y el uniforme sucio. Al día siguiente fui recibida en el salón como una heroína, nunca me di cuenta que casi todos mis compañeros estaban viendo la pelea. Deisy se me acercó, me dio las gracias y se sentó a mi lado por la siguiente hora, se presentó oficialmente y me presentó a sus otras compañeras del salón, digamos que a partir de ese día fuimos grandes amigas, inseparables e incondicionales, su mamá ese día fue a buscarla a la secundaria, me dio las gracias por defenderla el día anterior y pase a ser como una segunda hija para ella. Una semana después tuve otra pelea mucho más grande y seria, digamos que me gané cierta fama y los problemas no tardaron en llegar pero eso es para otro post
