Beginning with a (before) photo (front, side, and back), a body metric test, and a physical fitness assessment, clients from every walk of life got serious about changing their minds and bodies! RIGHT?! ___ Following each clients Beach Ready Challenge they completed the same body metric test and (after) physical fitness assessment to compare with their previous best efforts. In addition all clients who completed the 12 weeks were rewarded with professional after photoshoots to celebrate their transformation from point "A" to point "B"each! These were now their new before photos! Only people within reach of the fitness studios could participate and to add to this the challenge was also limited by the trainer and clients time constraints. In addition to these drawbacks there was also a significant cost financially (in the neighborhood of thousands of dollars). Granted... when a client walked into the gym they were usually sick and tired of being sick and tired and they were ready and raring to go! Anyone putting down the dough was hell bent on ditching the dough and getting the results they deserved! That was a good thing... But it still didn't offset those glaring gaps... We wanted to help waaaayyyy more people get in the best shape of their lives and we wanted to do it in a way that was cost effective while also preserving the fun, boosting the motivation, leveling up the inspiration, and compounding REAL ACTUAL RESULTS for our clients! Previously the Beach Ready Challenge was all about finding out what you could do in 12 Weeks! But NOW! We are going to show people what is possible in 15, 10, or even 5 min! Each workout will introduce new elements and will be dynamic so always be prepared! It's not called a challenge for nothing so bring water, a towel, and a friend and your set! The goal of the program will be centered around adding meaning to your activities and learning to listen to your body means that this is an opportunity for self-discovery! You will not just learn new exercises... You will learn plenty about yourself as you develop a whole new mindset around getting in shape and becoming the best version of yourself!
