Hola amigos de #hive, hoy quiero compartirles por medio de este post la preparación de unos besos de coco.... pero no es esta receta, una de aquellas con medidas y pesos, en lo absoluto...quiero hacerlos como los hacía mi abuela.

Les cuento que mi abuelita fue una de esas matronas orientales, fuerte de carácter de poca instrucción y al mismo tiempo sabía en extremo, siempre te hacía sentir especial. Llenita siempre de amor,....amor que nos hacía sentir con sus atenciones con sus obsequios que eran generalmente muñecas de papel hechas por si misma y sobre todo con cada una de las meriendas que nos preparaba, para nosotros el mejor momento era el de degustarlas, para ella su mejor momento era nuestro disfrute. Aún conservo en mis sentidos los aromas, los sabores y las texturas que producían sus manos y salían de su cocina o de su fogón. Lo mejor del mundo .......esperar en el patio sentados debajo de.una mata de.tamarindo que ya venía maita con la merienda.

Aquí usaremos 3 cocos rallados por la parte más gruesa, canela en polvo, clavos de olor, un papelón completo, un poquito de mantequilla, un kilo de harina de trigo, una cucharadita de polvo de hornear, una cucharadita de bicarbonato y sal al gusto.

Picamos en trocitos más pequeños el papelón. lo colocamos junto con la canela los clavos la sal en una olla y cubrimos con suficiente agua hasta 3 dedos por encima del papelón, cocinar fuego lento hasta que se haga un almíbar, en este punto extraemos un cucharón de almíbar y reservamos lo usaremos al final.

Cuando esté en hervor fuerte ponemos en la olla del almíbar la mitad del coco rayado un buen rato hasta que este almíbar reduzca un poco y el coco suelte su sabor. En este punto prendemos el horno a precalentar a 180 grados. Retiramos del fuego lo dejamos reposar unos 5 minutitos y le agregamos el bicarbonato y el polvo de hornear.

Agregar el resto del coco y el kilogramo completo de harina, integrar con movimientos envolventes hasta que se forme una mezcla pastosa y heterogénea. En en una bandeja enmantequillada y enharinada ponemos pequeñas porciones de nuestra mezcla. los llevamos al horno por 45 minutos si los quieres más tostaditos déjalos un poco más .
