Dari kita semua pasti mengenal dengan hewan yang satu ini, bentuknya yang mungil serta bergerombol dan memiliki warna cokelat atau merah. Mereka suka dengan sesuatu yang manis, nama mereka adalah Semut. Terkadang kita selaku manusia harus mencontohi hewan ini dalam kehidupan kita sendiri, karena banyak sekali pelajaran yang bisa kita ambil dari hewan ini. **** **** *English : Of us all must be familiar with this one animal, its tiny shape and clustered and has a brown or red color. Kerja sama :** coba kita memperhatikan bagaimana gerombolan hewan ini saat mengangkut makanan, mereka selalu bekerja sama dengan teman-temannya yang lain. Karena mereka tahu bahwa benda yang mereka angkut itu tidak sepadan dengan tubuhnya yang mungil dan mereka harus mengangkatnya secara bersama-sama. **2. Mendahulukan kepentingan umum dibanding pribadi :** Bisa kita perhatikan juga bagaimana mereka saat berjalan, saat kedua hewan ini berpas-pasan, mereka selalu berhenti dan memberikan ruang jalan untuk temannya. Mereka sadar bahwa jalan yang mereka lalui adalah jalan umum dan mereka selalu mengutamakan kepentingan umum. **3. Bekerja rapi dan tertata :** Inilah Salah satu sifat yang mencolok dari hewan ini yaitu hasil pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan selalu dengan kerapian dan tertata. Seperti ada pengaturan job description untuk mereka, mereka masing-masing mendapatkan porsi tugas yang sesuai dan tepat sasaran. **4. Etos kerja yang tinggi :** Hewan ini di anugerahi semangat kerja yang tinggi oleh tuhan, walaupun berat bagi mereka namun mereka selalu melakukan nya. **** **** *English :* *One of the lessons we can take from these animals is :* *1.
