Kata healing belakangan ini menjadi tren di kalangan anak muda terutama di media sosial. Dalam Bahasa populer kata ini berarti penyembuhan diri dari apasaja yang menyebabkan luka, trauma, kesedihan dan rasa tidak nyaman bagi batin seseorang. Generasi Z atau anak yang lahir sekitar 1996-2010 sudah tidak asing lagi dengan penggunaan kata healing dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari, sehingga kita dengan mudah melihat kata ini berseliweran di media sosial.

Saat ini anak-anak generasi Z mungkin saja masih bersekolah ataupun sudah mulai memasuki dunia kerja. Tantangan yang dihadapi generasi Z pada tahap ini tentu saja sulit baik yang umumnya dalam hal karir, cinta dan keuangan. Hal ini diperparah juga dengan pandemi covid 19 yang terjadi di seluruh belahan dunia. Celakanya anak muda saat sekarang cenderung hanya berkomunikasi dengan sesamanya saja, untuk menghadapi masalah ini saya rasa membutuhkan saran dari generasi sebelumnya yang telah terlebih dahulu merasakan dan melalui tahapan kehidupan tersebut.

Kita bisa mengambil kebijaksanaan dari kesalahan seseorang dan sekaligus mengambil pelajaran atas keberhasilan seseorang yang tersirat maupun tersurat dalam suatu karya non-fiksi
