Hi Steemians, back again we discuss about DotA 2 which became a very popular online game. At this time I am also a beginner will give some basic terms in a game in DotA 2. The basic term is very to know if you are a beginner because this term is necessary for what you should do in the course of the game.

Here are some of these basic terms:

1. Tanker, Carry and Support

This term is a term for the type of Hero to use, why is this term important? Because sometimes in a game you will be required to be a tanker, carry or support. Tanker is a hero who has a thick HP which is useful as a tanker to defeat the opponent or also as a shield for the carry. While a Carry is usually used heroes that sometimes have a little thick HP, but in general hero carry is a hero that has great damage and agility to paralyze opponents such as PA, AM and others. While hero support is not worth it is a hero that is needed in a game. A support usually uses a hero that has the skills to help carry to paralyze the opponent easily and to facilitate game strategies such as warding, healing and others. So in a game required a tanker, carry and support for the team balanced.

Pada kesempatan ini saya yang juga seorang pemula akan memberi beberapa istilah-istilah dasar dalam sebuah permainan di DOTA 2. Istilah dasar ini sangat harus diketahui jika anda seorang pemula karena istilah ini diperlukan untuk apa yang harus anda lakukan dalam perjalanan game.

Berikut beberapa istilah dasar tersebut :

Istilah ini merupakan istilah untuk jenis Hero yang harus digunakan, kenapa istilah ini penting? karena adakalanya dalam suatu permainan anda akan dituntut menjadi tanker, carry atau support. Tanker tersebut merupakan hero yang memiliki HP yang tebal yang berguna sebagai tanker untuk mengalahkan lawan atau juga sebagai tameng untuk para carry. Sedangkan seorang Carry merupakan yang biasanya menggunakan hero yang kadang memiliki HP sedikit tebal, namun pada umumnya hero carry merupakan hero yang memiliki damage dan agility yang besar untuk melumpuhkan lawan seperti PA, AM dan lain-lain. Sedangkan hero support tak layaknya adalah hero yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah permainan. Seorang support biasanya menggunakan hero yang memiliki skill untuk membantu carry untuk melumpuhkan lawan dengan mudah dan untuk memudahkan strategi permainan seperti warding, healing dan lain-lain. Maka dalam sebuah permainan dituntut adanya seorang tanker, carry dan support agar team seimbang.

2. Last Hits dan Denied

Istilah ini merupakan istilah dasar juga dalam sebuah permainan. Istilah Last Hits adalah membunuh creep pada HP terakhir yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gold. Sedangkan Denied adalah upaya untuk membatalkan musuh untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Denied juga terdiri pada beberapa macam, yaitu denied creep yang berfungsi untuk membuat musuh mendapatkan keuntungan gold dari creep kita. Ada juga denied tower berfungsi untuk menghancurkan tower sendiri pada HP terakhir, fungsinya juga sama seperti sebelumnya. Dan yang paling terakhir adalah Denied diri sendiri, tak heran banyak pemain yang melakukan denied pada diri sendiri, misalnya yang biasa menggunakan pudge atau hero yang memiliki item bloodstone. Tujuannya agar para musuh tidak mendapatkan kill dari kita atau meminimalisir. Adapula dikarenakan faktor lawan yang sedang mengejar rampage.

3. Farming

Istilah farming adalah istilah untuk mendapatkan Last Hits agar dapat mengumpulkan gold untuk membeli item yang dibutuhkan dalam permainan. Farming ada 2 yaitu farming pada creep biasa atau pada creep hutan. Tujuannya tetap sama, namun biasanya untuk seorang pemain disaat early game mereka farming pada creep biasanya, setelah itu sesaat sudah mid game baru mereka farming pada creep hutan, namun tergantung situasi juga. Makanya diperlukan peran support untuk memasangkan ward atau item-item agar lebih mudah farming dan aman.

4. Gank

Istilah gank sama seperti arti biasa yaitu nge-gank. Maksud dari istilah ini adalah permintaan atas diskusi team untuk melakukan gank terhadap musuh yang bertujuan untuk mudah melumpuhkan lawan.

5. Feed

Istilah feed sendiri jika diartikan begitu saja adalah makanan atau lebih tepatnya memberi makan. Tak heran di dalam DOTA 2 orang yang sering feed akan di sebut sebagai feeder dikarenakan dia tidak pandai dalam bermain sehingga dengan mudah mati ditangan musuh sehingga membuat musuh saat mudah mendapatkan keuntungan jika ada seorang feeder.

6. KS (Kill Steal)

KS merupakan istilah yang biasanya sebut para pemain DOTA 2 kepada anggota team yang sering melakukan pencurian kill, pasalnya ini dapat membuat orang marah atau dongkol. Misalnya seorang pemain dengan susah payah bertatung dengan musuh dan tiba-tiba pada darah musuh sudah mau mati, tiba-tiba seorang KS ini yang tidak ikut bertarung dengan tiba-tiba mencuri kill. Ini dapat memaksa sebuah perpecahan. Biasanya hero yang digunakan untuk KS adalah ZEUS atau hero biasa juga.

7. Missing in Action ( Miss)

Istilah ini sering juga diberikan dalam permainan. Istilah ini merupakan laporan untuk memberitahukan bahwa musuh tidak kelihatan atau menghilang. Upaya pemberitahuan ini dilakukan agar anggota team tetap waspada agar tidak mudah di serang atau di gank.

Roshan adalah sebuah monster yang ada pada DOTA 2 yang apabila dilumpuhkan akan mendapatkan item aegis atau cheese. Item ini sangat berfungsi terlebih item aegis merupakan item yang dapat menghidupkan kembali kita apabila kita dilumpuhkan. Istilah RS sering digunakan oleh team untuk melumpuh RS yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan aegis.

9. Rampage

Istilah rampage merupakan istilah jika seorang dapat membunuh semua jenis hero musuh dalam rentan waktu yang tidak lama. Rampage merupakan hal yang sangat dicari di dalam dota 2, karena dapat mengakibatkan musuh malu karena dengan mudah mereka di lumpuhkan semua oleh seseorang.
