Nos enfocamos tanto en lo difícil que puede ser conseguir el resultamos que deseamos, que se nos olvida disfrutar del proceso, cuando llegas a lograr tu objetivo te das cuenta que lo más satisfactorio fue el proceso por el que pasastes, tu evolución, ver tu constante crecimiento, Todo el aprendizaje y obstáculo que superastes, Así que deja de mirar tus metas como algo imposible, como una tortura por la que pasar para llegar al paraíso y más bien disfruta de cada paso que das

Lo primordial es preparar nuestra mente, No podemos hacer nada sin enfocarnos primero, Lo más importante es mentalizarnos en lo que queremos conseguir, Recordar siempre el porque lo hacemos, El porque sigues luchando, el porque lo vuelves a intentar, La motivación no dura para siempre, lo más esencial es la disciplina... ¿Pero que pasa cuando solo tenemos disciplina? Nos vamos a sentir como un esclavo de el hábito, Lo haremos solo porque está automatizado, no disfrutaras lo que haces, solo lo harás y ya, Por eso es importante siempre recordar el objetivo, Tener un lugar de recuerdo que me haga ver cómo empezastes y toda tu evolución hasta donde estas ahora, recuerda que lo que estás haciendo no es para corto plazo sino a largo plazo, No verás resultado de la noche a la mañana y mucho menos pasará por arte de magia así que ten paciencia, jamás llene tu mente con pensamientos negativos, las malas energías traen malos momentos, no digo que todo el tiempo andes sonriendo super positivo porque obviamente es imposible pero lo que si debes hacer es tener la mente en paz y buenas energías cuando salgas hacer lo que te apasiona o ayuda a crecer para que todo te salga a la perfección, Recuerda que esto no es una carrera, cada uno evoluciona a su manera y tiempo.
