### **1. Press de Banca Plano con Mancuernas**

Este es un clásico por una razón. El press de banca plano con mancuernas es excelente para trabajar la parte media y baja de tu pecho, además de involucrar tus hombros y tríceps. Acuéstate en el suelo o en una banca plana (si tienes una) con una mancuerna en cada mano, las palmas mirando hacia tus pies. Asegúrate de que tus pies estén firmemente apoyados. Este movimiento se enfoca en la parte superior de tu pecho, dándole una apariencia más completa y definida. Sostén las mancuernas con las palmas mirando hacia adelante. Lower the dumbbells slowly, controlling the movement, until you feel a good stretch in your upper chest. Push them up forcefully, focusing on contracting your upper pectorals. Do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.

### **3. Dumbbell Flyes**

Flyes are a fantastic isolation exercise for the chest that helps develop width and definition. Lie on the flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above your chest with a slight bend in your elbows, as if you were hugging a barrel. Slowly open your arms out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a deep stretch in your chest. Maintain control at all times. Then, bring your arms back together at the center, feeling the contraction in your pectorals. Avoid locking your elbows. Perform 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions, prioritizing form over weight.
