Tengo que hablar sobre mí? Okey. Hablare sobre mí, Les daré un poco de contexto sobre mi vida pero primero ¿Quien soy yo?

  Okey les respondo esta pregunta brevemente mi nombre es Astrid. Nací el 17/01/2008, Si eso quiere decir que tengo 14 años. Mido 1.54, Si ya se lo que piensan soy realmente bajita suelo recibir comentarios sobre mi estatura pero no tengo inconveniente con ello. Mis hobbies suelen ser el voleibol, entrenar calistenia, Leer, Escribir y salir con amigos me encantara contarles sobre cómo me va actualmente en mis actividades, pero primero les contare como ha sido mi infancia y lo que llevo de adolescencia conozcan un poco de mi a continuación.

  Desde chiquita he vivido con mi mama, mi papa, mi hermano y mi hermana menor que nació en 2018. Mi mama se llama: Mileida Garcia, mi papa: Astimer Lopez que también se está dando a conocer en la plataforma de Hive, mi hermano: Astimer David y mi hermana: Aranza. Bueno comenzare a hablarles un poco de mi infancia y lo que fue de ella. Desde que tengo memoria siempre he sido una niña muy linda, dulce, extrovertida y amigable, me gusta mucho leer y escribir y pues desde que estaba chiquita me llamo mucho la atención la música.
  Recuerdo que cuando tenía la edad de 3 años me inscribieron en coro y siempre asistía por gusto, decían que tenía una voz muy linda y dulce. Cuando crecí un poco más a la edad de 5 años me inscribieron en el conservatorio de música y bueno recuerdo el día que me toco escoger un instrumento para participar en la orquesta, estaba realmente nerviosa, cuando entré en la orquesta a ver todos los instrumentos había quedado impactada, eran muchos y todos sonaban tan lindo que quería probarlos.
  Debemos elegir un instrumento y a pesar de que me gustaban todos tenía que tomar la decisión, pero en ese instante me enfoque un poco más en los instrumentos de cuerda y vi el violín, yo me enamore de su sonido y al momento de escoger cual quería estudiar estaba entre el violín y un instrumento de vientos madera que me encanto al igual que el violín, ese instrumento era la flauta transversa pero escogí al final el instrumento de cuerda me enfoque en eso y gracias a mi dedicación en muy poco tiempo entre en la orquesta.

  Mi infancia fue muy linda más porque toda mi familia siempre me apoyo en la música. Algo muy lindo fue que como mis tíos por parte de papa son compositores y cantantes me hicieron un canal de YouTube donde yo tenía mis canciones Covers y ellos me promocionaban. Salí a dar muchísimos conciertos y era conocida en la ciudad de Barquisimeto-Venezuela, pero llego la época donde tanta gente emigro del país y con ello mis tíos y mi hermano, se podría decir que hasta allí recuerdo salir a dar conciertos.

  Para ese entonces yo estaba en la orquesta infantil, ya era un nivel más avanzado y salía a dar muchísimos conciertos constantemente con la orquesta, yo estaba muy feliz con ello y en ese momento llego la audición para entrar a la orquesta juvenil, WOW la orquesta juvenil donde están los grandes y los que más saben, hice la audición súper asustada y al final entre WOW a la orquesta juvenil, fue un gran logro y estaba más que feliz, por otro lado ya tenía mis 10-11 años y estaba entrando a primer año ya era una nueva etapa en todo lo que hacía y llego la pandemia.
  Recuerdo claramente que a final de primer año nos mandaron a todos a nuestras casas debido a que había una pandemia que estaba infectando a todo el mundo y todo comenzó a ser online y súper frustrante pero se logró.
  La pandemia termino y ya se permitía salir con el uso de tapabocas pero ya se podía salir. Ya para este entonces tenía más edad y ya había entrado a la etapa de la adolescencia me incline más escribir y leer, la música ya no era algo que me encantaba, como cuando estaba más chica, pero cuando todo comenzó a volver a la normalidad relativa, nos incorporamos a la orquesta y empecé a prepararme para el record guinnes.
  Esta fue una noticia espectacular, impactante y si participe del record guinnes, pero esa será una experiencia que les contare más adelante.
  Ya el año pasado me comenzó a llamar mucho la atención el deporte por medio del voleibol y si yo comencé a practicarlo cerca de mi casa, no era muy buena pero poco a poco le comencé a agarrar mucho cariño al deporte y bueno comenzando este año por medio de un amigo llegue a la calistenia para ser especifica el 7/01/2022 fue el día que conocí la calistenia y sin lugar a duda me enamore, me enamore del deporte, de ver como todos en ese lugar daban giros en una barra con tanta precisión y confianza en ellos mismos, el ver su físico era sorprendente y me hizo decir “Yo quiero practicar calistenia”, volví a mi casa exhausta pero completamente sorprendida, ya que no conocía la existencia de esa práctica comencé a investigar sobre la calistenia y ver que sorprendente que chicas lograran hacerlo.
  Yo quería y comencé con muchísima disciplina haciendo ejercicios de abdomen y piernas, no me quise enfocar mucho en hacer brazos y espalda, hasta unos meses después que ya tenía más resistencia y comencé a hacer muchos brazos y espalda. Recuerdo mi decisión y disciplina cuando mi entrenador me mandaba a hacer 100 flexiones diarias, al principio fue muy difícil y al ver como mi entrenador hacia full planche, este es un movimiento estático de la calistenia que requiere muchísima fuerza y técnica, me comencé a interesar por las planchas y el proceso es muy difícil pero con decisión nada es imposible, logre comenzar a hacer varios trucos muy sencillos y básicos pero yo estaba muy feliz de todo lo poquito que estaba logrando y ya veía muchos cambios físicos en mi cuerpo, hoy en día he aprendido trucos un poco más complejos, pero mi meta sigue siendo la misma. ¡Debo lograr hacer las planchas!
   Por otro lado comencé en otra escuela de voleibol, ya tenía un mejor nivel y con mucha decisión de volverme de las mejores comencé a entrenar sin más y hoy en día estoy súper orgullosa en lo que he logrado, porque sin lugar a duda he logrado mi objetivo a principios de año, pero seguir mejorando es mi meta diaria. Este año ha sido muy frustrante debido a que tenía muchas actividades que debía cumplir porque en primer plano estaban mis estudios después el conservatorio, el voleibol y la calistenia. Son muchas responsabilidades para cumplir en un día.

  A principios de este año cuando comencé con el conservatorio nuevamente me comencé a estresar mucho y ya no me sentía cómoda estando allí, ya no era lo mismo de antes ya no sentía el mismo amor y la misma pasión por la orquesta, sentía que ya no era mi vocación pero decidí no hacer nada, creyendo que solo sería algo de unos días, por el contrario siguió y unos meses después para ser más específica a primeros de noviembre le di fin a mi vida en el conservatorio de música.
  Sí, me Salí por querer darle más prioridad al deporte a el voleibol aunque mi familia no estuviera de acuerdo con lo que estaba haciendo y hoy no me arrepiento de mi decisión.
   Con esto no quiero decir que la música no me guste, hoy en día yo amo cantar y me gustaría darme a conocer como cantante en Hive. También me gustaría darme a conocer como escritora de poemas pensamientos en si literatura en general y me gustaría poder hacer videos de rutinas deportivas.
  Debido a mi edad mis padres han decidido apoyarme en este nuevo proyecto de mi vida.
  Mis expectativas de Hive son las de poder dar a conocerme y poder ayudar a las personas con su salud por medio de rutinas deportivas y compartirles sobre mi vida y las cosas que hago ya mencionadas anteriormente.
  Llegue a Hive por una compañera de trabajo de mi mama llamada: @jessiencasa, la cual me mostro Hive, le dijo a mi mamá que tengo muchas posibilidades de hacer lo que me gusta y tener un lugar donde compartirlo.

  Already last year I began to call much attention to the sport through volleyball and if I started to practice it near my house, I was not very good but little by little I began to grab a lot of love for the sport and well starting this year through a friend came to calisthenics to be specific on 7/01/2022 was the day I met the calisthenics and no doubt I fell in love, I fell in love with the sport, to see how everyone in that place was spinning on a bar with such precision and confidence in themselves, seeing their physique was amazing and made me say "I want to practice calisthenics", I returned home exhausted but completely surprised, since I did not know the existence of this practice I began to investigate about calisthenics and see how surprising that girls could do it.
  I wanted to and I started with a lot of discipline doing abdominal and leg exercises, I did not want to focus much on doing arms and back, until a few months later I had more resistance and began to do a lot of arms and back. I remember my decision and discipline when my trainer sent me to do 100 push-ups a day, at first it was very difficult and when I saw how my trainer did full planche, this is a static movement of calisthenics that requires a lot of strength and technique, I started to get interested in planks and the process is very difficult but with determination nothing is impossible, I managed to start doing several very simple and basic tricks but I was very happy with all the little I was achieving and I saw many physical changes in my body, today I have learned a little more complex tricks, but my goal remains the same.
