Después estar un tiempo inactivo con mi actividad literaria, vuelvo a saludarles con mucha emoción, para decirles que estoy de vuelta, y si bien mi ausencia no fue de años, para mí significó una eternidad porque me aleje de lo que me gusta hacer: **escribir**. Y para cualquier apasionado dejar de hacer lo que le gusta siempre marcará su espacio y tiempo en cualquier actividad.

Una ausencia ocupada en cosas laborales, una rutina de ir a trabajar, regresar a mi casa dormir y nuevamente ir a trabajar cada día, que aunque está rutina me ayudó mucho también me agotó, pero son cosas con las que lidiamos diariamente.

Hablemos de monotonía, no todas son iguales. Para algunos son malas y para otros buenas, todo depende de que lo que se traten, porque por ejemplo puedes tener una rutina de formación, laboral, o de vida que te guste, o puede ser que te disguste. Sin embargo, es momento de un examen personal, ¿Qué lo que haces cada día? Hay veces en las que las que nos acostumbramos tanto a una rutina que sin darnos cuenta nos consume, nos agota, y hace que nuestro tiempo pase en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, en el peor caso: haciendo algo que no nos gusta. Pero… ¿Cuál es la causa?

Otro dilema en el que entramos, y quizás uno en el que nos vemos más afectados: dejar de hacer lo que nos gusta por cumplir con las obligaciones. Aunque muy cruel, demasiado real. Podemos notar como vamos dejando a lado lo que nos apasiona solo por “Resolver nuestro día a día “. La mayoría de las veces causando resignación y desmotivación. ¿Habrá solución?..

Todo dependerá de cómo veas tu entorno, como te capacites mentalmente para afrontar cualquier dificultad, “ver el vaso medio lleno, o verlo medio vacío”. Nunca está demás luchar por lo que amamos, y debemos tomar en cuenta que nuestra felicidad dependerá en cierta parte de eso: de convertirnos en realmente lo que queremos ser.

Pensemos en nuestro ahora, tomemos un momento para mirarnos a través de nuestro interior, y es aquí donde podemos tomar una pregunta ¿Quién soy? ¿Qué estoy haciendo? Preguntas tan cuestionables como difíciles, pero que tienen una respuesta muy profunda porque es lo que te identifica. Pero bien… ¿Lo pensaste?

Digamos que hay cosas que te disgustan y otras que te gustan, ¿Cambiarías ciertas cosas o las dejarías así?

De esto se trata saber si realmente somos felices, y algo que nos afecta nuestra felicidad son nuestras actividades cotidianas, porque son ellas las que nos forman y nos hacen sentir cómodos o incómodos, porque ellas son nuestro entorno y el tiempo de nuestras vidas.

No necesitas un millón de dólares para cambiar tu vida, aunque no suena nada mal la idea de cambiar la vida con un millón xd. Sin embargo, hay muchas cosas que pueden hacer desestresarnos del ajetreo causado por las actividades que realizas en el día a dia, muy sencillas y fáciles.

Practicar algún deporte, hacer ejercicio, compartir con amigos y familiares, compartir con una mascota, disfrutar paisajes, o simplemente reflexionar y autoevaluarnos sobre nuestra situación para una mejora.

Y esto siempre dependerá de ti, porque tú solo sabes tus gustos, tu pasión y tu personalidad, tú realizas tus hábitos para lograr tus metas y así hacer tu vida más dinámica, o apasionada.

Preguntas que nos cuestionan, nos hacen ver diferentes las cosas, nos reconfortan o nos hacen entrar en razón. Son de mucha importancia para un mejor desarrollo personal, y hacer más fácil la búsqueda de nuestra felicidad.

Porque sin darnos cuenta puede que se nos pase el tiempo cumpliendo obligaciones y no tomemos en cuenta nuestras verdaderas pasiones , y así fue cómo me encontré atrapado en algo que no era lo mío, que quizás trabajar está bien, después de reiniciarnos y hallar un poco de estabilidad, es el mejor momento para reiniciar lo que nos apasiona, lo que nos hace felices.

Por lo que cuestionando me, decidí reiniciar con mis actividades literarias, dedicando más tiempo a la escritura y a algunos proyectos que ya tengo en marcha, todo en búsqueda de encontrar mi zona de confort, mi monotonía feliz. En una vista más general, todos necesitamos algún momento reorganizarnos, ubicar e identificar nuestras opciones, empezar nuevamente a reconstruir nuestra felicidad.
