Hola amigos de #foodiesbeehive, espero se encuentres bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes como preparar unas deliciosas donas el cual pueden durar hasta 6 días preparadas, bueno les comento que el día de mañana queremos hacerle una bienvenida a un primo mío y su familia, el cual no veía desde hacer 6 largos años y vienen de regreso a Venezuela, ellos estaban en Chile, y quise realizar estas donas con los colores de la bandera de Venezuela, para compartir y pasar un rato agradable. >Hello friends of #foodiesbeehive, I hope you are well, this time I want to share with you how to prepare delicious donuts which can last up to 6 days prepared, well I tell you that tomorrow we want to welcome a cousin of mine and his family, which did not see for 6 long years and come back to Venezuela, they were in Chile, and I wanted to make these donuts with the colors of the flag of Venezuela, to share and have a good time.

**Ingredientes:** • 380g harina todo uso • 100g leche liquida • 8gr levadura seca • 50g azúcar • 30gr mantequilla • 4gr sal • 2 huevos • 2 yemas de huevo • Matizador dorado • colorante amarillo, azul, rojo • azúcar glass • Chispas de colores

>**Ingredients:** • 380g all-purpose flour • 100g liquid milk • 8g dry yeast • 50g sugar • 30g butter • 4g salt • 2 eggs • 2 egg yolks • Golden coloring • yellow, blue, red coloring • powdered sugar • Colored sprinkles

**Proceso:** Primero vamos a preparar la masa, en un bol colocaremos la harina, sal, azúcar, levadura seca, mantequilla, 2 huevos, 2 yemas, y vamos batiendo con la batidora, o (amasando si no tenemos batidora). >**Process:** >First we will prepare the dough, in a bowl we will place the flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, butter, 2 eggs, 2 yolks, and we will beat with the mixer, or (kneading if we do not have a mixer).

Ahora calentamos un poquito la leche y se la vamos incorporando poco a poco, probaremos que esta lista si hundimos el dedo en la masa y queda el hollo. >First we will prepare the dough, in a bowl we will place the flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, butter, 2 eggs, 2 yolks, and we will beat with the mixer, or (kneading if we do not have a mixer).

Taparemos el bol con una tela o papel transparente y lo meteremos en el horno apagado de la cocina y le pondremos debajo una olla con agua caliente, lo que hará que crezca la masa y cerraremos el horno para que no le pegue luz ni corrientes de aire, que se repose una hora. >We will cover the bowl with a cloth or transparent paper and we will put it in the turned off oven of the kitchen and we will put under it a pot with hot water, which will make the dough grow and we will close the oven so that light and air currents do not hit it, so that it rests for one hour.

Tomaremos pedazos de masa y estiraremos con el rodillo en el mesón que nos quede 1 cm de grosor. >We will take pieces of dough and stretch with a rolling pin on the counter so that it is 1 cm thick.

Con ayuda de un vaso vamos marcando las donas y vamos acomodando en una bandeja, y con algo más pequeño vamos cortando el centro, tapamos las bandejas con una tela y dejamos reposar aproximadamente 40 minutos como en un lugar que no le pegue luz. >With the help of a glass we mark the donuts and place them in a tray, and with something smaller we cut the center, cover the trays with a cloth and let them rest for approximately 40 minutes in a place that does not get light.

Pasados los 40 minutos, veremos que las donas crecieron, ahora es momento de poner a calentar el aceite en un sarten. >After 40 minutes, we will see that the donuts have risen, now it is time to heat the oil in a frying pan.

Freiremos primero por la cara de arriba, luego al otro, preferiblemente para voltearlas es mejor usar dos palos de altura. >We will fry first on the top side, then on the other side, preferably to turn them over it is better to use two high sticks.

Ahora nos toca decorar, pondremos en un envase azúcar y canela y lo revolveremos, pasaremos cada dona por esa mezcla y las vamos acomodando con esa cara para abajo. >Now it's time to decorate, we will put sugar and cinnamon in a container and stir it, we will pass each donut through this mixture and we will place them with that side down.

En otro envase haremos un sirope de chocolate, mezclando azúcar glass, chocolate y un poquito de agua e introduciremos cada dona por la otra cara. >In another container we will make a chocolate syrup, mixing powdered sugar, chocolate and a little water and introduce each donut on the other side.

Ya para los colores, prepararemos con azúcar glass y un poquito de agua 3 mezclas más, pero le agregaremos colorante amarillo, azul y rojo y las pondremos en bolsitas de tetas. pintaremos 4 de cada color y el resto les pondremos chispitas de colores. >Now for the colors, we will prepare 3 more mixtures with powdered sugar and a little bit of water, but we will add yellow, blue and red coloring and we will put them in teat bags. Por ultimo prepararemos un poquito de matizador dorado y azúcar glass, y le salpicaremos a las donas, amarilla azul y roja utilizando una cucharilla, para darle un acabado más lindo. >Finally, we will prepare a little bit of golden shading and powdered sugar, and we will sprinkle the yellow, blue and red donuts using a spoon, to give them a nicer finish.
