When you do not know what is going to be done, it is a moment of extreme indecision in which the person is left in a mental state that is called a blank mind.

This term refers to the mental block for defense reason that occurs in our central muscle the brain, which seeks to process information before a possible action or waiting for a stimulus that drives to resolve a tight or distressing situation.

When this failure occurs we do not know what we are going to do and we can perform several attitudes that are evaluated in negative ways in which we mention the lack of interest, the insistence, the euphoria and the problematic discussion.

• Disinterest: Reference is made when the person does not know how to solve any problem and expects others to solve it by applying a reluctance and a lack of motivation to seek a reaction or encouragement to overcome the obstacle that is in front.



• Insistence: It is the degree of excessive attention but little productivity where the person relapses into an endless cycle of questions without exits about a subject already exposed where you do not have the accepted decision but with an impertinent attitude of facing the situation.



• Euphoria: He notices when a person is in a situation of indecision but more than anything of pressure where the mind seeks an immediate escape and the stimulus of the emotion of the anger that causes a strong conflicting consequences is produced since nothing is gained and harm is also done to the human being by that feeling where it increases when it is evident that you do not have the solutions to these problems.



• Problematic Discussion: These are the so-called conflictive or negative people in which they implement a defense system in which they are aggressively and they relapse into an existing problem by seeing everything in a catastrophic way and without any possibility of a solution.

To improve all these conditions by a consequence of which we present a problem without immediate solution is necessary first always to remain calm not to give signs of desperation and with a calm thought is analyzed all situations episodes and scenarios that arise in the development of the problem as long as we generate a stimulus that allows us to make or apply some solution of immediate nature to which it wants a situation of threat, it is the human being's body.
