At home we love legumes, they are always present on the menu of the week, today I combined several to prepare a delicious rice full of flavor for lunch.

Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice ½ cup cooked white beans ½ cup cooked green peas ½ cup of lentil sprouts ½ cup of natural peanuts 1 carrot ½ white onion 2 Creole sweet peppers 1 stalk of celery Grated ginger desired amount Grated turmeric desired amount Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredientes:

🌿 For each cup of brown rice, we will need 3 cups of water or broth, this type of rice preserves the germ and we do not need to seal it, since it does not release the starch like white rice. In my town it is not common to get brown rice, so when there is in the supermarket I always take advantage of buying.
